As our family grew, we started to look for a bigger vehicle. We were driving a medium four-door car. We were looking at vans but didn't really want to go that route. The Ridgeline is a great alternative to the mom van. It offers so much more than room for kids. There is lots of storage between the truck bed, trunk and under seat room. Lots of elbow and head room. We have the space of a van with the abilities of a pickup truck. We can carry our bicycles, camping gear, kayaks and groceries without space problems. We can travel comfortably on longer trips with all of the room in the cab. Honda makes a great truck, and it gives families something to choose over a van. Having the truck bed is a plus when we have home improvement/garden/DIY projects to buy for at the hardware store. We are v... (more)
Story
Easily hauling four kayaks for trip down a river loop with friends. Getting to spend less time loading and more time enjoying the day.
Pros
Truck bed. Trunk in the truck bed. Trunk in the truck bed also doubles as a cooler. Four door. Full front and back seats. Lots of storage space. Elbow room. Good amount of head room. Great safety ratings. Heated front seats. Sunroof. Towing package. Leather seats. DVD player with satellite radio capabilities. Built-in car seat buckles/straps. Adjustable/removable head rests. Driver seat is capable of several adjustments.
Cons
Some blind spots. Gas mileage.

The Honda Ridgeline has been a great family vehicle. We have driven the truck as a daily work vehicle and for family travel. The trunk area is roomy enough to hold luggage for a family of four.
Story
People are always amazed when they see the trunk under the bed of the truck!
Pros
We are pleased with the bed liner, trunk, interior, and air conditioning. The trunk is so convenient for keeping luggage and other items for security. It locks to add additional security. The cabin is spacious enough for five people and is easy to clean. The inside storage in the console adds additional security for items. We have driven the truck for 265,000 miles with minimal problems.
Cons
Early in the life of the truck, the auxiliary outlets in the back stopped working. The lights in the radio also went out. The cabin is somewhat loud.
