I personally really love my G35. I originally purchased it in poor condition and fixed it to my own taste. I get many compliments on it and it drives very smoothly. I love the all black leather interior, which I looked for specifically in my G35. I also love the large dash and the large amount of legroom. I also like the overall exterior look of the car and the quality of the original OEM paint. One of the things I do not like about the car is how close everything is in the engine bay. It is a little difficult if you are working on the car on your own because everything is close together. I also do not like that, while it is considered a "luxury" vehicle, that the handles and the console for the radio are silver plastic, which is fading to matte black plastic underneath. I feel like th... (more)
Story
One of the most fun memories I had of this car was taking it to a self-service car wash for the first time. In order to use the water there you must put in a certain number of quarters and only get a certain number of seconds to use the water per each quarter. It was such a struggle because I am a tiny person and the car is actually quite large. So I had to rush back to put quarters into the m... (more)
Pros
My favorite features of the car is that is comes stock with a BOSE stereo system, which sounds great for all genres of music. Another feature that I really love is the 6 disc CD player, although CDs have become a bit obsolete. Lastly, I really enjoy the seat warmers in the car. While they are not really a necessity, they are very helpful when it gets very cold in the winter.
Cons
One of the biggest negative things is that it only comes with a cassette player, while I wish it had come with some sort of auxiliary input. I do understand that it is a 2003 car, but other G35s made in 2004 and up have auxiliary inputs. The overall, largest negative about the car has to be the trunk space, which is surprisingly small. It does not even fit a mid-size cooler. But, I also knew that when I purchased the vehicle.

Overall, the car is absolutely amazing for its year and its make. I never expected an Infiniti to be of such good quality. I just always liked the way it looked. However, I've driven it from 140,000 miles when first bought to 167,000 miles now, with little to no issue at all. I drive the manual version, and the car runs very well and shifts through gears almost seamlessly. Additionally, it's a quick car and really comfortable. The only thing I would say I didn't like is that it can feel cheap and plasticky, as well as a bit of a hard ride.
Story
I was driving with the sunroof and all windows down with one of my buddies, heading towards the beach in VA, listening to music, the exhaust note, and smashing the gas pedal every chance we got!
Pros
The car was very quick for the sport model, the seats are well made and comfortable, the wheels look great stock, it's an amazing-looking car and looks at least five years newer than it is, but my favorite part is probably the exhaust note. It's simply an amazing sound from a stock, off-the-line model car that isn't $100,000. It looks great stock. Additionally, putting subs in the trunk sounds incredible!
Cons
To me, the cheap feel of the interior gets to me sometimes. Additionally, I've had some issues with the clutch being "stuck," as well as the clutch feeling as though it slips sometimes. Beyond that, I would say that the center console is pretty much nonexistent; essentially, it's the gearbox and shifter with a compartment, but it's too low to rest your arm on. Also, the oil stick is a pain in the butt. You can barely even read how much oil you have because it's so long.
