This is the first time I have purchased an M Class Mercedes. I have owned many other models, but never an SUV. This car is terrific. It looks very stylish without being ostentatious. The seats are really comfortable which makes it a pleasure to ride long distances. The added height, compared to a sedan, makes it easy to see and be seen on the highway. The gas mileage is better than average for this type of vehicle. It hasn't been in the shop, for repairs, since I bought it but I do the scheduled maintenance always. The costs are as expected for this type of vehicle. Another thing that surprised me was how easy it is to put the seats up and down. This car is a lot of fun to drive. It handles well in the rain and in the snow and I feel very safe driving it. The acceleration isn't quite a... (more)

I really like this vehicle. It looks great, is a great size, and drives really well. The silver color paint on the exterior is very sharp looking. It has a lot of power/pickup, so it's easy and great to drive. It moves quickly and easily and is never sluggish. Also, the interior is roomy and comfortable for long car trips. The seats are large and comfortable and the seat warmers make the car even more comfortable for cold weather. The sunroof is a perfect size and lets a good amount of light into the car when opened. The back of the car is large enough to hold many purchases, large items, or baggage and the back seats lay down for even more room. The audio system is great quality and sounds great. There's also an auxiliary port for listening to music from an MP3 player or cellphone. ... (more)
Story
I love driving to Home Depot because all of my purchases fit in the back of the vehicle.
Pros
My favorite features of this vehicle are the overall look/appearance, the roomy and comfortable interior, and the driving quality/power of the engine.
Cons
The top negative thing about this vehicle is the cost of upkeep. Service and parts are very expensive compared to other cars.

I have had this vehicle for over a year now, and I love it. It is great to have a vehicle that is quiet and does make any "odd" noises. So far, there has been no major problems with it other then some small easy fixes and things that were needing to be fixed when I bought it. It runs smoothly in both the summer and winter. The AC and heat work great. I love the dark purple/blue paint of the vehicle. The size of the vehicle is perfect. The seats fold down so that I can haul my box bike and snowboard around. It also has enough room for my to haul lengths of wood moldings for my framing business. The windows are tinted enough, so that the sun doesn't blind me and the sunroof is great to use in the summer. It has all wheel drive which is wonderful, especially in the winter, when I am trave... (more)
Story
Packing up my snowboard and heading up to the slopes in the vehicle. It is nice to know that I have a dependable vehicle that can make the trip.
Pros
Some of my favorite things are the space in the vehicle, the sunroof, the cd changer, the extra cup holders, the seat warmers, and the tinted windows.
Cons
The dust and dirt show up on it much easier. It has more miles on it (160,000).
