Love the large, powerful engine and the horsepower that comes with it. The 350 LS1 engine makes driving the vehicle a blast. Aside from a couple minor problems, the vehicle has been reliable over the past seven years. The differential has developed issues over the years, however some degree of this can be attributed to my aggressive driving style. I dislike that the car develops a shimmy on braking time and time again. Only remedy I've found is replacing all brake rotors, but the shimmy still returns over time.
Story
The first day I bought the car, I took it to Illinois and visited many fun places in Chicago and the northern suburbs.
Pros
Large V8 engine. Lots of power for aggressive driving and acceleration. Leather interior and seating is comfortable and highly adjustable. Vehicle is fairly rare, and I don't see many of them around town. Digital dash readings provide good information about the car's systems.
Cons
Gas mileage is terrible. Brakes develop a shimmy over time. Gas tank in trunk greatly limits cargo room. Suspension seems inadequate and transfers many of the bumps of the road to the car/driver.

This car is one of the best bang for the buck cars you can find. At 350 hp for less than $20,000, it was a no-brainer for any car person. Highly customizable LS1 engine means almost limitless improvements. Tight steering, comfortable ride, and quiet interior combine to make one awesome vehicle.
Story
GTO almost looks like a Cobalt, so Hondas always want to race. They have no chance…
Pros
Very little other than preventative maintenance needed. Fast, with short shift pattern for the six speed manual transmission. Nicely crafted interior, feels more expensive and luxurious than what you pay for. Dash and information area are better looking than most other cars out there.
Cons
No oil pressure gauge. Tires are expensive for top-end performance. Not many options available, i.e. sunroof, auto trunk open, etc.
