Good quality for the price.
The price couldn't be beat. I have put over 175,000 miles on the vehicle, and there is no noise coming from it. Have only had to put minor wear and tear repairs on it. There were several manufacturer defects that needed to be repaired which was annoying. The stereo sometimes doesn't work and then will miraculously work again. It has fairly good pickup. It is a standard, which I enjoy driving around in. Don't hit anything because you will have some serious cracks. Drives well on back roads as well highways, and you can't beat the great gas mileage. Even though the car is over 10 years old, I still get about 25 miles to the gallon. The electric steering is nice, as you don't need to worry about power steering fluid or belts going and then not having any steering. The rust proof bottom is especially nice, as you don't have to worry about the bottom falling out on you. Sits three in the back comfortably which is a plus. Driver's seat has plenty of room, and the speedometer is easily visible, which is nice for people with a lead foot. Since it is a cheaper car, the repairs are relatively inexpensive which keeps the cost of running the vehicle down.

Best first car to own.
This car was my very first car at 16 years old. We bought it because the price was unbeatable. It was only two years old and only had 30K miles on it at the time. It had great safety ratings and looked "cool" enough for a 16 year old. I drove it back and forth to school, work, and college. We never planned on me still having this car at 24 years old, but it only has 115K on it now, and it still runs excellently. I keep the oil changed and the tires rotated as recommended. In the last year, there have been a few cosmetic issues we have run into, such as the plastic component on the front windows where it keeps water from going into the door is beginning to bunch up and harden in one place, and the trunk leaks on the passenger side when it rains. But for the value of the car, I cannot complain one bit. There have been three recalls that I have had to take care of, but they went smoothly without a hitch, and I have not had one major issue with the car. It is fire engine red in color, and the color still looks as bright as the day I bought it. I plan to keep this car until it costs too much to fix it as it is worth because it is that good of a car.
