2002 Suzuki XL7 - Great SUV from Suzuki
The Suzuki XL7 2002 model is by far the best SUV I've ever driven. After 13 years and 140,000+ miles of work, my car is still going strong. It can seat 6 people besides the driver, making it an excellent car for travelling with friends or family. There have been no major issues with the engine; it runs great! This was the car I learned to drive with, so it's been through all the bumps, jerks, and trials that a new teenager driver can inflict on a vehicle. During a major ice storm that dumped several inches of ice and over a foot of snow on the ground, my car was the only one among my friends with 4-wheel drive, and thus was used by the group to get around town. The seats fold down easily to make room for moving large objects, and all but the back row can easily slide forward and back to increase floor space. I regularly travel 200 miles each way to see my family once a month, but this never seems to affect the vehicle's performance.
I once had my entire car filled with friends for a trip up to a big city near us. We had the radio playing the whole way, the AC kept us nice and cool, and because it was a smaller SUV than most we had an easy time finding a place to park as we wandered around town. We were comfortable the entire trip up and back.
