They have always been extremely professional as well as prompt. When they give you a time, you can expect your car to be ready. Smith VW is always eager to give the best customer service by taking time to explain what maintenance is necessary and why, without using terms only a mechanic would understand. I find them to be informative without those exasperating qualities a lot of dealership employees possess by attempting to empty your wallet with unnecessary expenditures. I must point out the location of this dealership is perfect as well; there are many businesses within walking distance to keep you occupied while you wait for service to be completed on your car.

The salesperson was very cooperative and worked with me to get the sale done in a simple and straightforward manner. No shady deals were attempted and when we brought forward information that we found on the internet pertaining to the purchase, they honored it. Additionally, their service department has always been honest and their work is done right.

I was in contact with them waiting for a new shipment of 09s to come in, I got a call and they were rolling off the truck when I arrived. I literally was the first one to drive my car.
