2013 Nissan Frontier - Bad Design!

I have owned several small pick-up trucks in my life, including a Nissan that I absolutely loved. But this one is the worst I have ever had. It is a 4WD, but the clearance is horrible and the tires that came with it were for highway driving only. Rodents have a veritable highway into the vehicle - 3 times now they have been happily nesting in an area that I can't get to behind the glove box. This is expensive to remove and horribly designed. You can easily dislodge wires that cause warning lights to appear on your dash just by putting something under the drivers seat. Again, expensive to fix and poor design.
Story
I do remember being pleasantly surprised that the truck was able to easily make it up our 4WD driveway in snowy, icy conditions. I was not expecting it to perform so well after the other problems I had experienced!
Pros
The truck looks beautiful - nice lines and a great sunroof.
Cons
Terrible design in several areas (see review above for specifics). Also, I brought it in recently for it's 30,000 mile warranty check-up, and ever since, it has been making horrible screeching noises.

I really liked my Frontier. I never had any problems with the truck. The truck served me well, there were never any break downs during the time I owned the vehicle. Nissan really makes a good truck, I enjoyed the roominess and the comfort of the interior. I will own another one some day.
Story
I enjoyed driving my frontier in the snow. I liked hearing people couldn't get out of their driveway, but I never struggled in the area.
Pros
The 4X4 on this truck worked amazingly. The snow could not stop my frontier. I never got stranded in the snow. I ended up hauling around my friends when they couldn't get out of their driveway.
Cons
The gas mileage was pretty poor. The MPG was very inefficient. I couldn't drive it on long trips because it was very expensive. I really enjoyed driving the truck, but the back seat in my king cab was really too small for any additional passengers. This was okay for me personally, but if I were to haul more than one friend, someone would be smushed.

1998 Nissan Frontier - It's just a wonderful truck

Nissan is the best Japanese-made truck; gas mileage is excellent. The vehicle has a Z motor and the body style stays consistent from year to year. What else could you ask for when buying parts? There aren't any interior rattles and it currently has 196 thousand miles. And for a small truck, it's the most comfortable economy pickup truck made in the world. My dad has sold Nissans since 1971, when they were first introduced in the United States. I've owned 15 Nissans in my lifetime and would never buy another make or model.
Pros
The top positive things are the gas efficiency, low maintenance, runs smoothly and well.
Cons
There are no cons that I can think of, to owning this vehicle.
