Longest selling for a reason.
Nissan entry in the mid-size truck market is the oldest and most dated design yet it still sells reasonably well and holds it value in resale. The reason is its basic no frills design which appeals to traditional mi-size buyers. Remember that Datsun was one of the first mini-mid size trucks in the American market and the Nissan frontier carries that DNA to this day. What it means is a truck that works and is very economical to own. For a person that needs the commuter vehicle that can carry a bit of load to the contractor that needs a basic truck that can be outfitted with a commercial camper shell to carry tools and supplies the frontier is a great answer. The fact that at this point they are probably the most economical choice of any of the mid size offerings makes it an attractive proposition to people that actually work with their trucks. The good ride and decent fuel economy are just the final factors in making it a great decision to get a Frontier.

Fun and functional
My Frontier is fun to drive and handles well in bad weather and on bad roads. The approach to my house is hilly and difficult to get in and out during snowy or icy conditions. Thus the 4WD. Also, my grandkids think it's cool!

I love my truck
I like that my truck is not a gas hog. Mid-size truck with a V6 engine. I like the space in the interior. Allows for five passengers. I like the truck bed. It has a tie down system with eyelets and movable anchors. On the fly, four-wheel drive is a bonus. The back seats are a little straight up, no reclining options. I like the front dash with the navigation department. I haven't had any problems with my truck. Bought it used in 2011, and I'm still enjoying every day with. It has over 80,000 miles on it and still drives like it did the day I took it of the lot. I like all the exterior options that came with my model. I have the sport package called nismo. It has roof racks and the side steppers. Great vehicle for work and play. I am avid fisherman and a contractor, and my truck fits my lifestyle beautifully.
