Great starter truck.
My 2007 Nissan Frontier has been a great starter truck for me! I got it when I first moved to college and have enjoyed the quality and low maintenance of this great truck! With the exception of replacing the battery terminals, I have had to do no maintenance other than regularly required maintenance (oil changes, etc.). The only other think that has broken was the CD player after about eight years, which was easy to replace with an after market upgrade. The whole truck is great quality, and I have no complaints after driving it 110k plus miles and using it as my daily driver for the past ten years! I bought the truck brand new and bought the most basic model available which means I have a manual transmission as well as manual locks and windows. I also got the most basic upholstery which stains quite easily. If water is dropped on the seat, it will discolor it, and the only way I can find to get rid of it is a deep shampoo which can be quite expensive. I do not know much about vehicle maintenance, but when I have needed to work on my truck (little things like tightening the parking break), I can Google a "how to" video, and it is easy and understandable which is a great money saver. I do not have any pros or cons for payment since I paid cash. I will say I got a great deal, especially for it being brand new and have had no regrets on the price I paid. In the interest of full disclosure, this would not be a good vehicle if you regularly transport small children in car seats or more than one person other than yourself. There is very little room for the rear seats and an adult or car seat will not fit back there comfortably.

Bad turning radius
The Nissan is an attractive charcoal grey and is sufficient for carrying light cargo. However, the top racks bent while placing sails on them. Plus, the turning radius is horrible. I had a Dodge Ram that was much larger and makes a 3 point turn in much less time. It takes at least three extra maneuvers to make the same turns. I like the dashboard and the low tire maintenance lights as they specify the exact tire that is low. The vehicle fees safe.
