My car is used, it is from 2007 but was taken care of wonderfully before I got it. This has to be the nicest car I have ever owned or ever will again. There are so many luxuries I hardly know where to begin. My steering wheel and leather seats heat up to keep me comfy. There are controls for driver and passenger to keep the climate where they like it. My car tells me how much air pressure is in each tire and warns me when one needs filling. The car is very sturdy and I feel safe while driving it. It even warns me when it could be icy conditions and I need to be careful. For a mid-sized car the fuel consumption is shockingly low. I seem to drive for weeks without needing to add gasoline. The manual is written so even a single Mom with no knowledge of cars can understand it. There is a k... (more)
Story
I live in the desert so not much moisture or rain. Every time the car detects a bit of moisture the windshield wipers turn themselves on. My daughter laughs at me every time they come on because it startles me. I could turn the automatic windshield wipers off, but where is the fun in that. We laugh quite often at those things.
Pros
Fuel consumption is really low. It is easy to drive and easy to understand. Lots of room inside and feels sturdy.
Cons
This may just be me, but the battery is under the back seat and I had to read the manual to find it. The check engine light comes on for anything and is scary. It came on and it was only warning me the battery wasn't as charged as it should be.

2007 Buick Lucerne - A great car that is comfortable, quiet, and quick.

I bought my vehicle with 215,000 miles on it. A car doesn't get that many miles by just sitting in the garage, so I wasn't too worried about that. Despite it's high mileage, the car rode very smooth. There is minimal road noise inside the cabin and plenty of space for four people to ride quite comfortably. The trunk space has ample room to accommodate pretty much anything (within reason). There are many features on this car that really make it shine. Stereo controls on the steering wheel, auto-dimming driver's side and rear-view mirror, Bose sound system, a powerful V8 engine, heated leather seats and steering wheel, remote start, and back-up sensor, just to name a few. All in all, it is a great vehicle. I feel safe driving it, and more importantly, I feel my family is safe riding in it.
Story
I took my family to the Great Wolf Lodge a couple summers ago. We enjoyed the comfortable ride in the car and made a lot of memories on the way to and from.
Pros
The Buick Lucerne CSX is a quick car despite its size. The Bose sound system sounds great no matter what is playing. The remote start, heated leather seats, and steering wheel are wonderful in the winter time. The vehicle handles very well and is comfortable to drive. Road noise inside the cabin is drastically less than other vehicles I have owned and driven.
Cons
Maintenance costs are a bit higher than other vehicles I have owned. The passenger mirror does not have the same auto-dimming feature that the driver's side mirror and rear-view mirror has. Should the suspension need to be replaced, there is no way to override the magnetic ride control, thus limiting your speed to 80 MPH.
