This is our second CTS, and it's a very enjoyable car to own. It has plenty of power, and the AWD makes handling in rain/snow much safer. The detail and stitching on the interior adds a very nice touch to the interior. The instrument cluster and display area are very well organized and have excellent visibility. The sound system is very good and is very adjustable to the listener's preferences. Even after eight years, I still love the way the car looks. We've had the car since it was new, and it now has 24,000 miles on it. It still feels and runs like new. The seats are very adjustable, heated and cooled, and quite comfortable. The large sunroof comes in very handy on warm spring/autumn days, and our dogs love to go down the road with their heads hanging out of it. The build qua... (more)
Story
This was my first AWD vehicle, and the first winter I owned it, a van came sliding down the hill towards me. I'd figured that I was going to be hit since the roads were all snow covered and slick. I was actually able to maneuver quickly enough around the van to keep it from hitting me. The van driver ended up in a ditch, and I stopped to check on him, We got to talking and he mentioned tha... Pros
Plenty of power. Excellent fit and finish. Excellent build quality. Very nice sound system. Excellent handling due to AWD.
Cons
Relatively low gas mileage. Relatively high insurance cost. Maintenance is more expensive than some cars.

I like that my vehicle was sporty and fast yet retains its luxurious nature. The car was a v6 and has extremely fast acceleration. Once you press the gas pedal, you immediately felt the kick of the car push into gear and propel you. Also, it had a sleek, aerodynamic design that resembles a sport coupe. In the sense of its luxury, the Cadillac featured a full leather interior and a Bose sound system. It also had wooden highlights in the interior that give it a sense of prominent importance. The user interface of the car was also a strong point. It had a touchscreen display that retracts in and out in response to user preference. You can preset up to eight favorite channels that you can switch back and forth from using an extremely convenient steering wheel control pad. This meant that v... (more)
Story
I drove to my college in 25 minutes when it usually takes 35 because of the speed, sleek handling, and acceleration of the vehicle.
Pros
I would say the top positive things about this vehicle were its aesthetics, its luxurious interior, and its performance. It was aesthetically pleasing and sleek, featured great interior resources such as a touchscreen display and Bluetooth, as well as accelerated quickly and handles beautifully. Also, the tank was very large, so you do not have to stop to get gas often.
Cons
The top negative thing was the automatic window controls. If you pressed it, the window would go all the way up or all the way down (unless you skillfully hair-trigger the control).
