Highly satisfied
The Escalade has great internal qualities to include beautiful and luxurious seating with classy Cadillac logos etched into the top of the seats. It also has a beautiful wood trim with a platinum logo on the passenger side dash board. The DVD system is a great feature, boasting five total TVs to include the driver radio display. The is also an ability to watch three different programs simultaneously due to two rear headrest TVs in the driver and passenger seats. The lift gate can be both remotely opened and closed from the push of a button and the increased roominess of the SUV offers the capability to transport seven passengers along with large trunk space. Cons include poor gas mileage as well as the lack of fuel efficiency and distance when utilizing the vehicles E85 flex fuel capability. The large body can be quite difficult to park at times especially in tight spaces. The length of the SUV is also a challenge and tends to stick out a bit further than most vehicles when parking. The navigation system seems a bit of a pain to use at times, doesn't seem that user friendly. The user must go through a series of inputs to include, city, state, zip code and more. Cell phones navigation apps are much faster and are the preferred method to navigate around.
