Everyone that I encountered in the whole place was so friendly, even if they had nothing to do with my sale they all had smiles on their faces. I feel like I really did get the best deal. They also helped me to find a car that fit me perfectly. I did not leave with the car I intended on buying when I walked in, but I feel like I left with the correct car for me.

The dealership was good because it just made the entire car buying process very, very easy. I was a first time buyer and carmax just made the process quick and painless. The way they do the licensing of the car for you was also just a huge relief to me. the repaired and replaced every problem that i had with the car as well.
