The Chrysler 200 is an entry-level car that is somewhat better than other options in the same class. It is a good reliable car and is aesthetically pleasing compared to other small sedans. There are a variety of trim levels that allow owners to have either cloth or leather interior. The LX model comes with cloth unless it is specifically upgraded. It comes with a four- or six-cylinder engine. The four-cylinder engine has decent power for most types of driving. A six-cylinder would be a worthwhile upgrade for drivers that tackle mountain passes or hills regularly. Standard features like electronic window and door locks and cruise control are also included.
Story
This car is good for a student, and my son likes to drive it. It is a cheap car, but it looks nice, and it is easy to park in the high school parking lot. There is enough leg room to transport a few friends too.
Pros
The cloth is adequate and easy to clean. The basic components of the car are of a high quality. Overall, it is easy to drive and has the features needed for a comfortable commute. It gets good gas mileage compared to larger cars, so it is good for students or those on a budget. Overall, it looks like a more expensive car than it is. It can be purchased by first-time buyers fairly easily.
Cons
The battery is perhaps the biggest con in the vehicle. For some reason, Chrysler decided to put in out of reach. One must remove the wheel and a panel in order to get to it. That makes for expensive replacement. The interior looks nice, but some of the buttons fade or break off if you are rough with them. The window control fell off after only a few months.
