What I love about my Town & Country is the convenience for hauling around kids and equipment. With three rows of seating, I am always the favorite for transporting family and friends in plenty of comfort. The DVD player is a life saver on trips and with captain's chairs on the second row, it is super easy for people to access the third row. The ride is really comfortable, too.
Story
My kids and several friends loaded in the van and had me drive them to a park for a friendly football game with some other kids. When we got to the park they had me pull over so that all the kids could get ready to jump out. Once they were ready, I pulled up to the field, opened the side door and had 6 boys jump out yelling and screaming, rushing the field. The shock on the other teams face... (more)
Pros
Stow and Go seating on second row is such a benefit and incredibly easy to use. When not "stowing" your seats, the compartments are great for storing blankets and other travel items. The DVD player is great and really keeps kids occupied on trips. All the power ports in front and back have come in really handy. We never have to worry about charging phones or even using our laptops. Being able to heat and cool in zones is important. If no one is in the back rows, I can turn that section off.
Cons
Minor con, the drink holders for the second row are actually in the center console and hard to reach. More than one drink has been spilled by the kids trying to reach their drinks. Changing from park to reverse or drive is rough. It sounds like the transmission is about to fall out.

My vehicle is a Chrysler Town and County stow and go 2007 model mini-van. It is light forest green with light grey interior. It drives like you wouldn't believe. My family of 6 loves it! Especially on our many trips to the park we have everything we need with our stow and go. It can fit anything from sports equipment to a large cooler in the back. On top of all the great storage our mini-van has it also saves us a ton in gas with it's great mileage. So, we are ready for any adventure.
Story
On the 4th of July we took the kids to watch the fireworks. All we had to do was flip our back seat and all the kids had a safe comfortable place to watch the fireworks. Not only did we have a great time but we got to make great memories with our children.
Pros
Some of the top pro's of our mini-van are the stow and go seating. All you need to do is flip your seats. Fill them up as needed and you're on your way. Another pro is the automatic door, trunk and lock key operator. With 4 kids, and two being under 2 years old, that feature is a must have for our family. The last among the many other great features of this van has to be the fact that you can store your seat in the floor of the van. Need to haul something from the store to your home or need to help a friend move? No problem there is more than enough room for all of it once those chairs ar... (more)
Cons
I really have nothing negative to say about my vehicle.

When I first test drove the Town and Country, I knew right away that I would love it. It drove smoothly, with little engine rattling like I had experienced in other vans that I had driven. When I noticed that the vehicle also had a DVD player for the kids I was even more excited. Since purchasing the Town and Country, I have had to do very little maintenance over the years other than oil changes. Even though I am approaching 100 thousand miles, the car still runs extremely well -- doesn't overheat, the A/C still works well, the DVD player never skips despite constant use, the speakers still sound like new as well. I would say one of the only issues at all would be that the car is hard to clean on the inside with all of its crevices and that it goes through gas more now than it use... (more)
Story
When my son was born, he hated being in the car -- he screamed the entire time he was in it. He was in a rear facing car seat at first, so he could not see the DVD player. Well, one day when we were parked while I was sitting in the seat next to him, I took him out of his seat for a second. In that moment he saw the DVD screen and his face just lit up and the tears stopped. It seemed as if... (more)
Pros
DVD player Good gas mileage for a van Engine isn't too loud Fast turning Lots of room for a big family
Cons
Hard to clean the inside carpets. Gas mileage is a bit less now than when we purchased the vehicle.
