This car is a great vehicle for families. It has 3 rows of seats (7 seats total) so you can easily shuttle around a big family in it. The back two rows of seats can be dropped providing a big trunk space. We have carried everything in it, from a couch to the mattress to our big dog to groceries. We even carried several loads of junk (e.g. old kitchen cabinets, scrap wood, even broken washer and dryer) and the trunk is huge. It also has a drop-down screen which is a very helpful addition when you have kids in the back asking the never-ending "Are we there yet?" question. The car offers lots of storage all throughout; there is a big compartment between the front two seats, two glove compartments, and several compartments on the back of the vehicle in the ceiling. The car is equipped with... (more)
Story
Once we bought a lot of hardwood flooring when we were remodeling our house and loaded all of it in the car. The weight exceeded the weight limit for the vehicle, and at first we were so worried about whether it was safe to drive. The car did great as we drove almost 4 hours from Portland to Seattle.
Pros
The size and utility are two of my most favorite features of this car. The vehicle can accommodate a big family and pretty much any load you are about to carry. Stow and go seats are great, the two seats in the second row are very easy to stow which allows you to have lots of space in the back.
Cons
Fuel economy is one of my biggest complaints with this car. I get roughly 15 mpg in the city which can get quite expensive. Also, the craftsmanship is not the greatest; some of the stitches on the leather seats are starting to come apart after almost 4 years of use.

My husband and I love our Town & Country! We are a younger couple with two children. The trim package we chose works great, because even though there is the stigma of "oh you own a van?!" at our age, it has a sporty, contemporary look that our friends were pleasantly surprised when they first saw it.
Story
We have crazy weather where we live at. It can be sunny and warm one moment, cold and snowing the next. My family and I were at an outdoor celebration when it started storming really bad. We all climbed into the van and relaxed in it for about 30 minutes until the stormed passed, then were able to go back outside and enjoy the celebration! The van had everything- music or a movie, plenty of cu... (more)
Pros
We really love the entertainment package that the Town & Country offers. Especially on drives over 30 minutes (which are often, since we do not live close to family), we turn on one of our children's favorite movies to help the time go by quicker. While watching a movie, if my children decide to use the headphones provided, then my husband and I get to listen to our own music from the speakers, definitely a nice feature!! We also really appreciate the flexibility of seating in our van. We have to travel a fair distance to be able to visit our families. When we are visiting family, it is so... (more)
Cons
To be honest, the only negative feature is that it has too much room! If it is just my husband and myself in the vehicle, it feels like I'm wasting space.
