Our Van has over 150,000 miles on it and it is still going strong. It is solidly built and very versatile. There is ample room for 7 passengers. The can be removed to haul all sorts of cargo. We have carried 2 X 4's and sheets of plywood. In the cargo area. The interior is luxuriously appointed and compares favorably to our 2nd vehicle which is a Lexus SUV.
Story
The lining of the roof started to loosen and began to hang down over the interior. Flakes of deteriorated foam fell like snow on our passengers until we had it replaced.
Pros
The leather seats are larger than many vehicles and very comfortable. There is lumbar support for the driver's seat. It has power doors, windows and seats. There are no major mechanical flaws. After 13 years the van still looks good, run smoothly and still feels solid.
Cons
The average MPG is less than we would like. It is very expensive to bring the vehicle to Chrysler dealerships for servicing. It is not the prettiest mini van on the road but it is not the ugliest one either. The computerized information panel can be confusing and beeps incessantly for no reason. Turning it off has to be done at the dealership. The key sometimes gets stuck in the ignition which I've read is a common problem in this model.

I am thoroughly enjoying this van. I am disabled and had not had a van before. When shopping for a vehicle, I was encouraged to try one out. I am so thankful I did. The body of the vehicle has clean lines, and I don't feel like I'm driving a 'family van' but rather a comfy and sleek-looking vehicle. The inside has all the bells and whistles of the age of the van. There is plenty of space, and everything is easy to reach, which is very important for me. The quality of van is sturdy and not clunky. The fuel economy could be much better, but I'm ok with it due to other features that make this a better car for me. I've not had electrical problems with the van. There is quite a bit of rust on the van, which I'm not happy about, but it still runs. I've not had hardly any repairs on it that w... (more)
Story
This vehicle has made many trips to the beach!! It will forever have sand in the carpet, and I totally don't mind! Watching the sun set over Lake Michigan is one of my favorite things to do, and this van has seen some beautiful sun sets.
Pros
My favorite features are the level of the front seats. Due to my disabilities, I had difficulty getting into and out of a vehicle. This is perfect for me. I have plenty of space to stretch my legs out all the way, which is pertinent due to the lack of movement in my hips. I like sitting up higher than what I had driven in the past. I really like the sound system because I feel like my music is all around me and embracing me like a concert. I like the DVD player in my van, although I don't get to use it. It comes in handy when children are riding with me. I like all the little trash cans fo... (more)
Cons
Of course, there are cons to any vehicle that is used. I'm not crazy about the heating/cooling system for the back of the van. It doesn't work real well according to those who've traveled with me. I also don't like that those sitting in the back can't stretch out their legs due to the closed space under the front seats. There is not a lot of leg room in the back seats. I also don't like that the DVD player's speakers are right next to the driver and front seat passenger's ears making so that we can't hear each other when a video is playing. I don't like where the phone charger is placed, a... (more)
