2015 Ford Edge - Great Family Car Without Being a Minivan
The Edge is a great vehicle that works for a new family. The backseat is big enough to fit a car seat and still have room for people to sit in the back comfortably, as well as have someone in the front seat not be pushed up against the windshield. This was an important factor for my husband so that when I am driving he has enough room for his legs in the passenger seat since he is quite tall. He also wanted to make sure his knees were not smashed in the backseat if he or any other tall person sat in the back. The Edge also has an awesome sunroof that opens up and makes it feel less like a mini SUV and more like a convertible. It's also a V6 engine so it has a lot more power than many of the other mini-SUV's out there. The trunk space is large enough to fit groceries, a stroller, ... (more)
Story
open the sunroof on a sunny day!
Pros
Sunroof. The spaciousness in the back and the front. Trunk space, and the V6 engine.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say at all.
2016 Ford Edge - Ford Edge
Fine car but expensive. In retrospect, I should have leased a similar—but less expensive—vehicle. Good seating for four but crowded for more. Reasonably comfortable for passengers. Nice selection of options, if you are willing to wait for availability.
Story
Salesperson had no idea how to operate multiple features and had to ask another. That person also did not know how to use option.
Pros
Safe, handles well, and nice audio. Vehicle is large but safety features make it easier to handle than most large cars. Navigation mostly good but occasionally will direct you to drive off road or fail to find destination. Adequate acceleration.
Cons
Assisted cruise control is awkward and poorly designed. Lane change indicator also fails expectations. After about eight months I still cannot figure out some of the options. Display not intuitive. When shopping, not a single salesperson knew how to use the multiple safety options (adaptive cruise control, lane change warning, etc.).

2012 Ford Fiesta - Santa Margarita Ford Rancho
It was not great, it was just okay. Slightly positive but nothing to write home about.
2008 Ford Expedition - Perry Ford Of National City
It wasn't the best, but I have been to worse. The sales people were friendly and the coffee was good.
