My overall experience with my Ford Focus has been great. It is a completely reliable car with great gas mileage. The repairs are relatively fair and can last for a really long time. The only thing that I did extra to the car was add tint to the windows. Everything else was exactly how I wanted it to be. I have recommended this car to all my friends.
Story
Driving and listening to my sound system. Especially in the summer months with the sunroof open with the wind on scalp.
Pros
One of the things that I enjoyed the most about this car is that it came with a sound system and a sunroof. I'm assuming that it was apart of the package for the ZTS, but when I turn on the radio for the first time, the bass was amazing. It had rear folding seats which were great for awkward shaped things that needed to stuff in the back. The air and heat worked fine, the window were power and work fine, and the overall health of the car is good for it to be so old. I'm a proud Ford owner.
Cons
It was a little difficult changing the rear tail light when it went out, but I took it to the dealer, and they fixed it. It may not be the best looking car, but I just needed a car to get me from point A to point B without a hassle. It may have been a little small for some people, but I enjoyed it. Overall great car.

My overall review of my car has been great. I really liked the car literally the first time I saw it. I was a pretty neutral color, the exterior was nice and neat, and it had an overall cool feel. The thing that I didn't like about the car was upon driving it off the lot, I needed a new alternator. And along came a few other repairs. But it was ok. I kind of expected something to be wrong with it. Otherwise, it performed like a champion. Most reliable car I've had.
Story
Driving down to the lake with my sunroof open and the music playing. Wind on scalp.
Pros
Some of the pros for the car is that it came with a sound system and a sunroof. These were to things that I was hoping for in a car. The interior looked modern and comfortable, and it felt like a car I would buy.
Cons
Some of the cons what that it made a loud noise upon starting the car. It was kind of obnoxious. But hey, it was ok because I had a car. Also, some of the repairs and things started to add up since it was such an old car.

The size of the dealership and the lot can be somewhat intimidating. You feel lost as you wander the long line of new and even used vehicles. It didn't take long to have one of the salesmen come to our side and start with helping us get into something that would work for our family of 5. Would gladly shop here again in a few years when we are looking to upgrade again.

They had their cars competitively priced, especially the used vehicles there. My Ford Escape only had about 42,000 miles on it and was in great shape. A lot of the other Ford Escapes I looked for were around the same price but with 80,000-100,000 miles on them. Furthermore, the sales staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions.
