Volkswagen Jetta Minneapolis, MN OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS
Charles
Minneapolis, Minnesota
I enjoy the way the car drives and its affordability.
I dislike the cheap inner materials. I wish it was leather. When I first got the car used, it leaked a little oil when it was parked. The rear view mirror also fell off once. This was surprising because it is a newer car.

Shiny new lemon!
I bought this car because I have always wanted a Volkswagen but now after having it only for 4 years I have had more issues with it than the 12 year old Chevy Cavalier I got rid of to up grade to the new Volkswagen.

They worked very well with me to find a perfect car. They didn't rush me into a deal, and made me feel comfortable. They had a wide variety of cars that they let me sit in and test drive wherever I wanted to. They worked well with me when I decided on the car that I wanted.

We were pleased with our experience at Schmelz. Salesmen were not pushy and allowed us to negotiate a good price. They found us the VW we were looking for with the options and features we needed. Financing was easy and quick. I'd highly recommend this dealership and we will go back in the future.
