I needed a new car that would be a small and yet be big enough inside to fit at least four people so I could haul around my friends and family. The Honda Fit was in a good price range for what I was looking for and was small enough to feel like a tiny car, but the inside is feels like I am driving a huge car with plenty of room. The trunk is a great size and has plenty of space for even the biggest grocery trip, and the gas mileage is fantastic. I have had great luck with Honda brand cars in the past and even though I have just bought it a few months ago, it has been really a fantastic little car. I enjoy driving it around even if I feel like it can get lost in the parking lot a bit well as it does tend to be a popular car type these days.
Story
I've lost it in a giant parking garage once and had to wander for twenty minutes looking for it, but that isn't exactly a fun story.
Pros
The Honda Fit has great gas mileage for such a tiny car making it great for traveling around town each day. It is the perfect size for parking in my crowded city and great for picking up the child at school and all of their friends. The interior cleans up perfect, and I have yet to have found a problem with any part of the car.
Cons
There are very few negative parts of the car so far. The only thing that is a bit bothersome is the fact that the license plate rattles on the back of the car, and there are times that when you brake quickly it does shake a bit. Outside of that, everything seems great.

When I went shopping for a car, I was looking specifically for one that "fit" me just right. I was looking for a hatchback so I could load all my camping gear, something small so I could get around easily and something with a low fuel consumption. And this car fit the bill. I like that the Honda Fit is easy to maneuver and is easy to own. I have had almost no problems owning it and the maintenance has been super easy. This was my first new car purchase and I am glad that this was it.
Story
One of the best times I had with this car was driving across the desert and settling out to camp for a night amongst the stars. I was able to use all the storage space in the car to pack a lot of gear and even a furry four legged friend. And then, when a rainstorm blew in out of nowhere, me and Spike were able to climb back in the car and finish our campout in the backseat with all the seats f... (more)
Pros
My favorite features on this vehicle would have to be the fuel consumption and the drivability. My Fit regularly gets 30-35 miles per gallon, and even when it's on E, I still get a respectable amount of mileage before I have to find a pump. In addition, the driver set up is intuitive, the windshield is enormous and there's very little in the way of blind spots.
Cons
The only thing I have to say is that changing the oil on this car is a bit tricky. Because the filter is so small, and the engine so compact, I don't trust myself to do it at home, so I take it in to the shop to get it done. In addition, the profile of the vehicle makes it a little challenging to drive in a high wind.
