2014 Kia Soul - Fun, economical and cute!
The Kia Soul is one of the best cars I've ever owned. The gas mileage is great, usually around 34 mpg on the freeway and about 26 mpg driving around town with three different performance settings: Eco, Normal, and Sport. It's the perfect size to carry camping gear or small furniture, but never feels too big and fits in compact parking spaces. It's the same length as my friend's Ford Focus but holds so much more cargo. The split rear folding seats let me customize the cargo space for passengers and gear. I like the styling of it too, looks modern and cute from the outside. Its unique look makes it stand out from other "mini SUVs" and it's very cute. It's very comfortable inside with lumbar support in the front and plenty of headroom for my 6'2'' husband. The stock sound system is great;... (more)
Story
Camping in the Redwoods was easy with reclining seats and enough room for gear in the back.
Pros
Cheaper than most comparable "mini SUVs", Bluetooth sync with phone, voice commands, lots of headroom, lumbar support seats, great handling and gas mileage, sharp styling, quality interior, good cargo space
Cons
Plastic covering on roof rack flaked over time.

What I like is the big trunk in the back where I plan to install a loading ramp for a person with a wheelchair. The seats are easy to remove and there is a lot of space for the wheelchair and passengers to hop on in. Furthermore, the car has a television screen for the driver to see when he or she is backing up and parking. This comes in handy for people with disabilities who cannot look completely over their shoulder. They can simply look over their shoulder for a bit and then look at the screen to make sure that they are parking correctly. Also, the shape of the car is focused around a young demographic and will not make the driver seem old or out of d... (more)
Story
People who are looking to adapt their cars for driving with disabilities, always ask me where I bought the car.
Pros
It has a lot of space inside, and it's easily adaptable for a wheelchair ramp.
Cons
So far I have not seen any immediate cons, but if I had to pick something it would probably be the height of the inside compartment.

It was effortless and I could purchase the car from my home. I didn't have to haggle and everything was super easy to do.
2012 Kia Optima - Haddad Kia Bakersfield
They had extremely professional service, they explained the warranty information flawlessly and it convinced me that I'd be crazy not to buy a car from them. It is the 2nd Kia I've owned - they really are amazing cars.
