Used 2001 Mercedes-Benz SLK for Sale

What can I say, I love my slk230!! I absolutely love the styling of my car, it has nice sleek lines that give it a classy yet sporty look. I am single so the 2 seater works great for me. It is very comfortable on the inside with plenty of headroom. The car lacks in storage, but I don't use it for long trips, just short trips to the grocery store. There is plenty of room in the trunk for daily errands. When I bought the car it only had 10000 miles on it, 6 years later it has close to 40000 miles. I have only had to perform basic maintenance on the car such as oil changes, and brakes. It has been very dependable and fortunately it has never broken down on me or left me stranded. Insurance is a tad on the high side, but that was expected due to it being a sports car. This car does terrible in the snow because it is rwd, but that is ok since I work from home and do not need to go out when it is snowing. As far as performance goes, this thing drives like a dream!! It handles corners like nothing, has great acceleration, and still manages to give me at least 25 mpg. The car is very small so I would not feel safe on the highway with it, but I feel very safe driving it on backroads. Oh and the best part about it? It is a convertible with a hard top. All you need to do in push a button and it automatically retracts for you! It is so easy even a kid can do it! All in all I love my car very much and plan on driving it until it completely dies, which will probably be another 10 years at least!

This was the first car I purchased when I got a new job (lightly used of course), and wow, was it fun. This two-seat sports car is pretty much perfect if you are looking for a two-seat sports car. The real joy of this ride is the push-button hard top convertible. Literally, at the push of a button, the hard top will fold up on itself and slide into the trunk. It takes about a minute, so it can be done on the side of the highway when rain is coming in. I have never seen anything like it. By far, the best feature of this car!
