My car is the best performing car I've owned. It is affordably priced, gets decent mileage, and has amazing special features like power windows, locks, sunroof, GPS navigation, and heated leather seats. It has been very reliable needing very little in terms of repairs and maintenance. Over 100,000 miles and still my favorite car. The down sides are that the headlights do seem to burn out frequently, which require regular replacement. Also, there was a mechanical issue with the power windows that required a hefty repair bill at the time. However, the negatives outweigh the positives for me. The car has good pickup on the highway. There is plenty of room for passengers and cargo, which I appreciate. I've had to pull a trailer a couple of times with it, and that worked well too. Good pick... (more)
Story
This car handles great on icy, Wisconsin roads. The all-wheel drive helps me be in control in tough conditions. I've seen many cars slip into ditches, and I am able to safe stay on the road.
Pros
Price of the vehicle and the extra features provided at that price-point.
Cons
The headlights have been a little annoying having to replace them every few months.

My Endeavor has been great. My favorite aspect is the gas mileage, being an SUV, the gas mileage is an impressive 17 miles per gallon in the city. The interior could have more features like separate A/C controls from front to back. Regardless, it is comfortable especially for long drives.
Story
I often take this car camping. One great story was the time I climbed on top of it to get a picture of some deer in the field. I told my kids, "Don't do this...ever!" I got the shot and the roof did not cave in!
Pros
Gas mileage is way on top of the list of pros. The air conditioner works exceptionally well. The trunk can be extended into the back seat for more room for hauling things. Using a trailer with this vehicle is easy, lots of areas of full coverage through the windows to manipulate the trailer. The engine is awesome, no major problems 159,000 miles later. The windshield is wide, great view of the road.
Cons
The outer door handles broke. Some of the buttons and knobs on the inside did not hold up as well as other vehicles. The seat should move back a bit more to accommodate longer legs. It did not manipulate mountain terrain as well as I hoped. The parking lights are so bright that some people think I have my lights on.

2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor - Great family car.

I have had this car for about three years now, and I am very pleased with the way it drives.
Story
My favorite memory is when we went to the beach with the car and got out to feed the seagulls, and there were so many around us, we had to run under the trunk hatch to get out of their way.
Pros
The thing I like the most is that safety features it has. I also love the get up and go of the engine.
Cons
The gas gauge jumps down very quickly to gas light once it hits a quarter of a tank.
