When I showed up to the dealership, the first model I was looking for was Lancer Evolution. After negotiations, though, the price for the ES model was too low to pass up on. My first thought was "did I pass up a good time for a cheaper price?" With its surprisingly quick and always reliable motor, plus 45,000 thousand miles with trips going to both coasts of the country I can say this was a worthy investment with only a few hiccups along the road.
Story
Driving with a few friends to the west coast in general. It was a 2 day trip but was a blast with so many memories in the car going and leaving then actually hanging out in any of the states we visited.
Pros
When I first got the car I had a lot of my music on an iPod. The car has a USB slot to not only charge any device, but also syncs up all the music directly into the head unit so I can navigate all my music through my dashboard without having to touch the iPod. The second plus, there is nearly an identical system for the Bluetooth as well so now I sync my phone and listen to my music on Spotify.
Cons
The only negative thing was when I was coming back home from a trip with my car after only owning it for about 6 months. My car started making noises under the hood that had me worried, and all of sudden I heard a snap. For five hours I had drive with my car about 30 dB higher than usual which had me sweating. Once I brought it into the dealership, they found a defect and replaced it that day for me free of charge.

This vehicle is a car you can trust. All that you need to do is fill it up with gas and go. I did the regular maintenance checks when it was suggested to do so, and besides that the car never asked for anything. I have driven this car for 10 years now and its still going strong. I have driven it for 75,000 miles, and everything sounds good and the power is still the same. I must admit that I treat the car softly and that I never put it under much stress, but it has certainly been the best car that I have owned. The MPG were okay, I usually did 26 MPG.
Story
I once crossed a path of sand with it and it got through just fine, and a couple of hours later I saw a truck stuck in that same path of sand. So I felt kind of proud that my car had made it through.
Pros
The top positive things about this vehicle are its reliability, its smoothness while driving it and the comfort of the interior. It has the basic things that you can expect of car in the interior, but everything functions perfectly and it is also long lasting. I also really like the power of the car, because it can go fast silently, and the suspension system works really nice.
Cons
The only two things that I would criticize about this car is that the audio system is too simple and can only read CDs, so I changed it as soon as I got it, and the fabric of the seats (I do not have leather seats) looks worn out kind of fast, so I had to change it also in my 6th year with the car.

This was my first vehicle. My parents paid half of the amount and I paid the other half. I like the Mitsubishi Lancer because it is small and powerful. I do not like driving big vehicles around, so this fits my standards pretty well. Also I love the fact that I get 35 miles per gallon. I can run all day for practically nothing!
Story
I was picking a friend up that had one too many drinks. My windows were freshly cleaned and she thought that her window in the backseat was down. She went to throw her polar pop out of the window, but instead of going out it came back in and went all over her.
Pros
The Mitsubishi Lancer is small and compact. I like that it is a four door vehicle, because no one likes climbing in and out of a car they are riding in. I also like that the Lancer is very powerful. I am not one to speed, but I have put it to the test a few times. I can pick up speed in no time and the Lancer just takes off. I also enjoy the stereo system that was included when I bought the car. I have a CD player with nice sound and good sounding bass.
Cons
The only thing that I dislike about my vehicle is that the interior comes off easily. The interior in the back seat is coming apart and is also coming off in the back doors. The front door interior seems to be somewhat stronger than the rest of the car.
