I really enjoy driving my Lancer Ralliart. It has responsive handling due to the competent all-wheel drive system that comes from the Lancer Evolution 9. It is great for the winter and for "spirited driving" in the other seasons. My model came with a built in navigation system which is nothing special by today's standards, but it was a great system for the time. The semi-automatic transmission might not be for the enthusiast, but it's great for commuting and putting it into manual mode feels like playing a video game and can be quite fun. The quality of the materials used in the manufacturing is average or slightly above. The outside styling is aggressive but understated. The car definitely looks better from the front (even better than the EVO). The sound system is ok - not gre... (more)
Story
I went on a road rally and destroyed the rear wheel drive cars on the last day because it was raining.
Pros
Sporty, all-wheel drive, turbo, SST transmission
Cons
Gas mileage is not great for commuting. SST transmission.

I purchased this vehicle new in 2009 for the styling and the looks. This car has grown with me and my family and has been a consistent performer ever since.
Story
This vehicle has moved with me from Canada to the US and has made trips back and forth a couple times since. It always performs and has never let me down.
Pros
I really liked the looks and the styling but also cool features like the CVT Transmission and the paddle shifters. At the time I bought the car, it was pretty advanced and it had a good amount of power. Since buying this car, my wife and I have added kids to our family and getting in and out of the backseat with them is still pretty easy. I really can't complain about this car at all.
Cons
The car comes with larger wheels so when it came time to replace the tires there were not a lot of options and the ones that were available were quite expensive. Not something I was anticipating.
