I use to have a Jeep Wrangler 2005 xe, but it was time to trade that in and get a car that was more practical. I loved my Jeep and so did my dog. I needed a SUV that didn't guzzle gas like my Jeep and a car that my dog would love. It also helps me transport more than just a few things when dealing with anything on a day to day basis. I really didn't want to spend an arm and a leg in order to get a new car and Jeeps hold there value well so I got this at a decent price. Its a decent car comparable to a Jeep Cherokee which I owned before my Wrangler. I'm about 5,000 miles into it and I can't say I've had any issues so far with it. Its brand new, but sometimes you get a dud. This is not the case for it at all.
Story
I think the first time I came home and grabbed my dog, put him in the front seat and went for a drive. I know its not the same for him as the Jeep, but he still seems to love it. There is lots of room for him to run around.
Pros
It gets great gas mileage for its size. I get about 30 miles per gallon, which is a huge bonus over my Jeep. Its a nice little car that doesn't break the bank. It has a great radio and sound system in it, so there's no complaints there. It has a great warranty on it, bar none one of the best I have ever had. This is my first car with navigation. I use to just use my phone, but its wonderful. The brakes seem like they can stop on a dime too, which wasn't the case for my Jeep.
Cons
I think the only con I have so far is the fact it doesn't have the power I had in my Wrangler. Its not bad in anyway, its just not the same. Its a fair trade for the gas mileage.

The Car Factory is among the best dealerships, or even businesses operated, that I've encountered. It's owner, staff, and genuine accommodating service is, without a doubt, unparalleled. They really set the standard in so many ways. I'm truly grateful to have met them and purchasing the car was just an added bonus. Easy and Smooth - I had the pleasure of first meeting Kevin and Jorge who were more than professional, kind, pleasantly transparent, and absolutely beyond reasonable. To say they went above and beyond by staying late, making sure my needs were met, and making the transaction happen is an understatement, but they did. I walked into the dealership for the sole purpose of research and maybe a 15 minute test drive and walked out purchasing a beautiful vehicle. Keep in mind, the ... (more)
Story
We did our due diligence checking the Carfax, KBB, Edmunds, Craigslist, etc. To confirm that we were indeed getting a good deal. Once we were satisfied that we should make an offer, we went back and after a small back and forth, we settled on a great price for the car. Michael also agreed to some basic assurances in writing such as replacing the battery if needed and a free 30 day drivetrain w... (more)
Pros
The Car Factory embodies the very best of philosophies of, not just great customer service, but of how businesses should be run. I highly recommend this business and will definitely come back for future purchases.
Cons
There is nothing about negativity.

A small SUV from Mitsubishi. The Outlander Sport has optional AWD and locking 4x4. I chose this for the optional 4x4 in winter weather. It has decent trim and the front looks great. It is reasonable on gas and, so far, has seemed fairly reliable.
Story
It is large enough to haul two kayaks with the right attachment to the top of the car. One time, I put a kayak on without the roof rack and tightened it down a little too much, and it dented in the top. Once I took it off, I was able to pop it up from the inside.
Pros
The AWD is the top positive mark I would say. I also think the gas miles are reasonable, as I average about 25 miles per gallon. It is completely tinted which I like most of the time. My model also comes with fog lights, which surprisingly are very helpful, especially in town when I don't use the high beams.
Cons
There are two main issues with the car. The first issue is the small amount of trunk space. It would have been better if the back hatch didn't come down at an angle and came straight down. The other issue I have is with the size of the tires being 18". The tires are quite pricey at this size.
