It is a compact car with a lot of room for its size. The interior is very basic, with cloth seats and a am/ fm radio with a tape deck. The trunk space is also very good, it has a lot of room for most of the stuff you would buy and need to store in the car. The car itself handles decent in winter, It drives on snowy roads ok but does not have enough power to go up hills if they haven't been plowed. It is a very light car, which is good for gas but not that safe if you get in a crash.
Story
When we went to get some food and it was winter time, we had to go up a hill that hasn't been plowed yet, we had to go up in all kinds of angles and it was fun and scary at the same time.
Pros
The top positive things about the car are, it is very good on gas, very easy to maintain and compact and fits into most parking spots. The amount of space is also great.
Cons
The negatives are the shell itself is very light so as good as it is for gas it is also unsafe and if you get into a crash it would not be good for anyone in the car. The engine is a pain to work with something as basic as changing a starter takes so long because of the design of the engine compare to other cars. IT also rusts very easily. Power windows didn't all work either.

Pros The car is really good on gas I spend about 20-30 dollars on gas depending on gas prices. Its a 10 gallon so do the math. Cons I've heard these type of car end up having mechanical issues which mine did for a while. But once you fix it, there aren't anymore reoccurring problems. Also in most of the cars that I seen from the same year the paint peels off so that another bad thing about it.... But its not such a big deal I guess you can always get it painted
Story
I actually only use it for school and work. I'm kind of a lazy driver so I have other people drive me around in their own cars

I actually do not think that they are great. They sold me a car that needed an entire new transmission less than 24 hours and 10 miles after driving it. Very shady business practice.

There is no pressure at carmax. While the staff is clearly motivated to make sales the feeling just doesn't come across as desperate or intense as many car dealers. They have a large selection and can ship cars from other locations. Prices are reasonable. The purchasing and lending experience was as quick as any I've ever experienced.
