Overall, this vehicle has given me my money's worth. I bought the vehicle with 49,000 miles in May 2014, and the vehicle now has over 120,000 miles. I have put this car through the ringer, and it has really held up above my expectations. I perform bare minimum maintenance on this car, and it still runs like it did when I bought it. My favorite part of this car is its fuel economy. I have driven over 300 miles during road trips, and the gas tank would still have 3/8 tank remaining. Aside from reliability and gas mileage, I really like that even though the car is small guests can fit comfortably. The main thing that I dislike about this vehicle is that it lacks trunk space, which makes it extremely difficult for grocery shopping and vacationing.
Story
One time during a road trip when I had the seats laying flat for my puppy, he started licking the back windshield.
Pros
One of my favorite features of this vehicle is its visibility. Because the car is so tiny, there aren't many blind spots. Additionally, because it's so small, it makes it very easy to fit into tight parking spaces. Even though this car is tiny, there is plenty of legroom in the driver and front passenger seats. I've had friends and family tell me how surprised they are about how much room they had for their legs while sitting in the front. I would say another great reason to own this car is its gas mileage. I believe the vehicle gets about 32 MPG highway. I can sometimes make it two weeks ... (more)
Cons
What I find to be the biggest con of this vehicle is the length of time it takes to reach highway speeds. I often find it extremely difficult to merge onto the highway at a safe speed—the car doesn't have a kick to it at all. Compared to other cars I've owned, this car has the worst acceleration. Another issue is the lack of trunk space. Although there is plenty of room in the back seat for guests, the trunk only fits a few bags of groceries. Also, this car doesn't handle well in the snow. With the low ground clearance, it's very difficult to get out of snowy spots. Additionally, this vehi... (more)

Overall, I love my car. I love the size of it and how easy it is to drive around in. I can easily parallel park, whip around corners, back into tight spaces, etc., due to the compact nature of the car. I also love the turn radius on the car. It feels very easy to maneuver, and I feel like I have a lot of control when I drive it. The one main thing I do dislike about it would be that due to the light weight it has, when it's very windy, I can feel the car get moved around by the wind, which is slightly unnerving. However, once you get used to driving in the wind, it's fine.
Story
One amusing memory I had with this car was this past winter when it snowed heavily in Washington. Several of my coworkers and friends were unable to drive in the snow and had to call out of work. I was skeptical about whether my car would handle the snow okay, but I took a chance, and it was actually incredibly easy to drive in the snow! I was one of the only people at work those two days of h... (more)
Pros
The top pros would be the ease of maneuvering the vehicle, the size, and the reliability of the parts (Toyota is a good brand overall in my opinion). I also like that it has some special features given that mine is a limited edition (LE) version of the Yaris. I like that it has a USB port to listen to my music on my iPod.
Cons
The cons of the car are the lightweight nature, making it more susceptible to being picked up by the wind, and the color - it is silver. And in the mist, sometimes I have not been very visible by others drivers. I also dislike the way the windshield is made. Not sure why, but I have had more cracks in my windshield happen to this car than any other car I have driven, which could be due to how it was made or the angle of the windshield.
