A dependable multi purpose vehicle.
I purchases my 2012 Ford Focus in used condition. Upon purchase my car had 15,000 miles on it and was almost like new. I have had few problems with the Focus. I am a single mother of a teenage girl and a ten year old son with autism. I am also an artist and sports mom, so our car is all purpose, from hauling groups of teenagers here and there, traveling with sports teams, we are all over the place, all of the time. My son has issues with behaviors and we have had some instances in the car where he will try to jump out while moving because he is having a meltdown. This is where the child lock feature has come in very handy. I am also truly appreciative of the automatic door lock and window lock control from the driver's seat. It has prevented a few items from flying out the window. The only negatives I have had have been driving in the snow, this car seems much lighter than my last vehicle and has a very difficult time fairing the back roads and especially making it up hills on snowy days. A lot of that had to do with upgrading my tires but there are still certain ways we can't travel in certain road conditions. We also have some trouble in the rain the car seems to hydroplane easily and has a harder time holding its own against the wind on the highways so we tend to veer slightly. I do like the Ford Product I have owned several over the years and they have held up well.

Keeps on going.
I purchased this vehicle used with quite a few miles on it. Luckily, it has lasted over two years now with very little repair. The inside is very roomy, and I like the comfortable seats. I mainly purchased the car for its ease of use with our child's car seat, and this car does meet that really well. The trunk is gigantic for a small car, and everything works as it should. The paint is fine and has very little damage despite being an older model. The electrical features are starting to go on the car, and those are very costly repairs. The front seats adjust back and forward quite a bit, and the seats also recline very far. Both headrests are removable which can come in very handy for loading large pieces of furniture. The sound system is original to the car and still works well. It includes a very old iPhone connected cable; but luckily, I have a very old iPhone to use with it! Otherwise, it would be an eyesore of a cable. The inside lights took me a bit to figure out as the dimmer switch is in an odd location. Overall, I am pretty happy with my purchase of this used car.
