I love this car.
This is an affordable car for a new driver looking for something sporty. This car has been very reliable for 200,000 miles so far not really having to take care of anything but maintenance. It has a lot of power for a 4-cyl it'll get you going fast. This car is very good for saving gas, it has a sleek newer look and a very unisex design by far. I've had this car for a long time and I use it as a daily commute car through tow and to get to work. The design is targeted at younger people and has an amazing stereo system in all aspects. It's a perfect car if you're wanting something compact but still spacey inside. It has a decent safety rating compared to a lot of other cars in its price and size range. Taking turns safely is so easy in this car because of the firm suspension it has. The interior has held up very well with the exception of human error (spilling drinks and having messy friends in the car).

Generally good vehicle.
I bought my Scion tC used a few years ago. Since then, it has been a decent vehicle. It gets good gas mileage and is great for my daily commute to work and for longer trips. Also, I like the sporty look of the vehicle and the tight control it has when turning. I find the seats very comfortable; however, I am only 4'10" and have been told by other passengers (i.e. my taller husband) that it can feel cramped for longer road trips. The vehicle is now just at 150,000 miles, and it has rattled since about 120,000. I took it to the Toyota dealership shop a while back for maintenance and asked about this; they told me it just does that for some unknown reason. I also had a problem with the sunroof. Last month, I was driving to work, when out of nowhere, my sunroof shattered. It was not hit by a rock, I was not going under a bridge, etc. I have no idea what happened, but it was terrifying--sounded like a gunshot right over my head and then glass shards started pouring down. Thankfully, with my insurance I was able to get it fixed; however, I received no support through Toyota. This combination of pros and cons have led me to give the car a 4 out of 5 rating. Overall, it's been a great car; it just has a few quirks and doesn't age very gracefully.

I am in many ways satisfied with the overall performance of my Scion TC. Longevity, reliability, and smooth. Still room for enhancements and corrections.
I have had my Scion TC for over tens years now and I must say I have definitely got my moneys worth out of it. I currently just passed 150 thousand miles and the car still runs and feels smooth after consistent maintenance and repairs. There are some issues with appearance and functionality that I am not very happy about. There was a recall on the trunk handle that was not properly secured on the trunk door. The latch would detach after pulling on it too hard. The recall took too long and every Scion TC that I saw had the same problem. I noticed that, like many other Scion TC's that I saw on the road, the body had dents and scratches, as well as the rims being scratched.
