All was well until the hybrid system abruptly stopped working. The cost to repair was more than the car was worth, yet also more than I still owed on the thing. Never again. It was a nice car for the first 150k miles, then suddenly became a nightmare of a repair bill.
Story
Contrary to popular belief, the Prius can and will exceed 100MPH if you push hard enough on the gas pedal. I met a lovely Kentucky State Trooper who was just as surprised by this fact as I was. We both stood by the car in awe; he double checked his radar unit, I said a quick prayer to Saint Frances (patron saint of cars) and Saint Richard (patron saint of Nascar. Hey, can't hurt, right?). I di... (more)
Pros
I loved the gas mileage I loved the touch screen I loved the navigation system I loved the hatchback I loved that the back seats folded down to expand trunk space. This car does not attract cops. Can go over 100 MPH. Felt more like driving a 6 cyl than the 4 cyl that it really is.
Cons
The cost to repair the hybrid system when it inevitably breaks down. The car's inability to start moving during rain, snow, or even a puddle on the road. Traction control was way too sensitive. The red triangle of death coming on and the car freaking out every time I drove quickly around curves. This car does not attract women. Cannot go over 110 MPH. Car did not like rapid acceleration.

If you are looking for a good city car to drive, a Prius is for you. It's quick, fuel efficient, and not bad on the eyes. It doesn't have a ton of speed but you can't beat 41 miles to the gallon. After owning this car, I will never switch back to a non-hybrid.
Story
My boyfriend first drove it and thought the vehicle stalled the first time it switched to battery. He turned the car off at a stop sign!
Pros
I love my gas mileage. It is the best part of the whole vehicle.
Cons
The car is quite small and lacks true comfort. When I drive long distance, I sit on a pillow.

We had previously arranged all the details of the van I was buying since I am from out-of-state. They made the process quite simple when I got there. It was nice to be in and out with helpful people in the process.

They were very patient with me as I visited them several times. I felt like they gave me a fair price on my trade in vehicle and were able to get me the color of the car I was interested in.
