I like the way the car drives and it can be handled on the highway. Their warranty is a great insurance in knowing that any and every thing can happen to a car and knowing that you have the assurance of the warranty makes it even better. The inside room of the car is amazing. If I had to pick something I don't like about the car would be that everything is powered except the mobility of the driver's seat, it is move by manual force. I also don't like how low the passenger's seat sit, you feel like you are sitting on the floor. But all in all, I feel that it is an amazing car to drive. I have not had any major issues with the car. I have had to buy a battery and I have bought some tires for the car. The quality build inside and out are felt on the road. The price tag is amazing as well.... (more)

I used this car to go everywhere, and it takes me and brings me.
Pros
The 100,000/10 warranty of the power train helps you in knowing that the car would be taken care of if anything should happen to it. This car has some serious kick for a four-cylinder engine. I never have issues merging on the highway or passing other vehicles. It really is fun to drive in that aspect. The front driver seat is supportive yet firm and the manual adjustments guarantee you'll get the right driving position for you. You get a lot of bang for your buck! Power heated seats, 18-in. alloys, XM/Sirius availability and more horsepower than most of the competition also like the varie... (more)
Cons
The passenger seat is real low; it feels as if you are sitting on the floor. The paint on the steering wheel is wearing off. They should have not painted or put some type of coating on the steering wheel. It would have looked just fine black. The tires that came on the car was not a good quality tire. There are quite a few recalls on this car, and you always have to take it back to the dealership to get these recalls taken care of. On the key fob. If you lightly touched the trunk button, the trunk will open, but if you are standing in the rain and need for it to open, it takes it time opening.

The Hyundai Sonata is a great family car. It is super roomy all over - in the front, the back seat and especially the trunk. The roominess makes it a great car if you have busy kids who play sports or are involved in other activities that keep you on the road a lot. The comfort and spaciousness of the car makes it nice for road trips and vacations, too. The mileage is excellent, both in town and on the freeway again making it a great road trip and vacation vehicle. We have only had to do the basic maintenance and upkeep and the car has lasted great for 6 years now. I like the color choices for Hyundai and the extras, such as cooled and/or heated seats. The only downside I have for the Hyundai Sonata is I believe the air conditioner could be much better. I doesn’t cool down near fast en... (more)
Story
My husband and I, on vacation once, used the whole vacation to vie with each other over who could get the better gas mileage. We got our mileage up pretty high, but the husband came out the winner, only because his part of the driving time included a 20 mile long downhill stretch of freeway.
Pros
When it comes to my Hyundai Sonata, my most favorite feature was how spacious the car is all over. This is very important to our family as we have a very active son in sports along with many of his teammates and friends who need rides to games, si it is important for us to have enough room to fit kids, game gear, chairs and coolers. We also take a lot of vacations, so having enough room for all our luggage and snacks is also a must. I really enjoy the comfort of the seats. I like how the back seat has the pull down option in the back for drinks and a “table” of sorts for the kids. Color op... (more)
Cons
The air conditioning. It doesn’t cool down near fast enough nor does the cool air reach to the passengers in the back hardly at all. For all of its other great attributes, the air conditioner should work much better. Hyundai should offer much more competitive pricing too with regards to the type of quality car they make versus who they are trying to reach in the market. It would have been nice to be able to afford some of the luxuries, such as heated and cooled seats, GPS, satellite radio, and remote start. We’ve had 2 recalls since buying the car. These things happen, however when schedul... (more)

The dealership worked with me on every aspect of my payment, they had me right on point. I did everything online, went in test drove, signed and walked away with my car. I even had my twin boys with me and they did great, the timing was perfect and the whole process was pretty painless.
