I originally bought the car for a second car, just in case my primary car was (for whatever reason) not available to drive. I still like the Pontiac brand itself...just not a Bonneville made in 2005. I have owned them before, and I either got a lemon or the more technology they put on cars, the worse they get.
Pros
Pontiac is a brand I like even to this day. It was a really good deal. It had only 72,000 miles on it, and I bought it in 2015. I love the way the car looked as well as the interior. I was never more comfortable in a car like my Bonneville. The seats were adjustable the car had adequate storage.
Cons
It rusts very quickly and spreads like a wildfire. The suspension was never quite right. It always seemed too low and a little too bouncy even after putting $1,400.00 worth of work into the suspension. Was not too great on gas either. The driving on the freeway was less than pleasant experience. The handling of the car was just off.

2005 Pontiac Bonneville - I love this car.

I really enjoy this car. It has lots of room inside and no rattles. It is easy to drive and has good steering. Riding in it is smooth, and you don't feel the bumps in the road. Repairs and maintenance have been cost effective and don't break the bank. I like the overall look and feel of this car and the way it handles. The trunk is roomy, and nobody is cramped in the back seat.
Story
We took a road trip through the mountains, stopped for lunch, and had a great time.
Pros
This is an attractive, roomy car with a good heater, a great sound system, and easy visibility through all the windows. The seats are comfortable, and you don't bang your head on the ceiling. Gas mileage is pretty good, never burns oil.
Cons
The battery is in the back seat rather than under the hood, and it doesn't have a locking gas cap.
