Be careful when you get off the exit ramp for the mall because it's a five-lane road merging into two, and people are constantly trying to cross all lanes to make turns in other directions from where they got onto the road

There are a lot of stop lights and traffic can get congested around the holidays and during rush hour with it being all right next to the highway. I would get something gas efficient and probably automatic since there can be a lot of stop and go and LOTS of crawling forward during rush hour.

I love when you are on the expressway right next to the huge mall in Schaumburg. It has an outdoor section of stores too. Right before you get off at the exit for the mall you can see it, plus a giant Ikea behind it all, and tons of restaurants to eat at. I love it most during winter time when you can see lights on all of the stores for the holidays, there is snow, and it looks awesome at night.

Meecham Road. You can see the mall and all of the stores for the outdoor part, but once you pass those it brings you into the rest of Schaumburg where all of the other shopping is.

I would pay attention to the speed limit on residential streets and school zones. There are numerous speed traps (particularly Biesterfield Road) where the speed limit is 25 mph, and most people tend to go way over this. Be especially cautious near school zones and stay off your phones always.

I believe that searching on Kelley Blue Book is one of the most reliable ways to begin looking at cars. But, I have also had great experiences at Woodfield Nissan when I purchased my Versa. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to discuss the car's pros and cons without pressuring me to purchase right away.

My favorite memory from driving around in this city is when I first got my learners permit and my mother took me driving for the first time. I went on Meacham Rd, which is 45 mph, and I was terrified. But after a few loops around my town, my confidence increased. I am glad to share this memory of my first time driving with my mother.

Meacham. This is my favorite road to drive on because it cuts through all of the popular places around town. I can turn onto this road from my subdivision, and most of the time my destinations around town are just off of this road. It is 45 mph and I can get to a lot of places quickly.
