Great car and very reliable
The Toyota Echo has great styling, lots of head room and has a large trunk. It has lots of storage space within the vehicle and seating is comfortable. I have driven it on many trips across Country and it has never let me down. It has needed few repairs and I have paid very little in the upkeep of the car. It is easy to park and fits in any parking spot. Its fun to drive and drives well in bad weather. At first when looking at this car for purchase I was a little nervous because of how small it was but it handles really well and made me feel safe. Great gas mileage at 43 mpg and a lot of bang for the buck. Sporty inexpensive to purchase new tires and any repairs made were not major. Great car for a family as it fit 4 adults and a Car seat for baby. I love the overall look of the car, the quality and how it handles. It is fast on the highway and brakes well and the breaks have lasted a long time. Interior has held up well and has little wear and tear on the exterior as well. Love my Toyota!!!

Great and fun little commuter car
I own a 2003 Toyota Echo that I bought two years ago. It is a brown, four door model. My favorite characteristics of the car are it's roominess. For a compact car, it actually has a lot of leg and head room. The seats are higher off the floor of the car, so if you're tall like I am, you can still comfortably sit in this car for long periods of time if need be. The amenities are pretty good - AM/FM/CD player with a tape deck, and the stereo sounds really good. The car has AC, and a decent amount of trunk space for a compact. Two people could stow a decent amount of luggage in the trunk if they had too. The car has pretty good acceleration too for a compact. You won't win any drag races, but you can dart through traffic when you have too. The best aspect is the handling. The car grips the road well and you can make tight turns without the car leaning too much. Lastly, the fuel economy is outstanding. I've gotten as much as 45mpg on the highway and usually around 30 in the city.
