I loved this car because it's great for traveling, family trips and very reliable. The brand has great customer service and a warranties. It is actually a full-size car that can seat five people comfortably. It has the luxury feel without the luxury cost. Comfortable heated and cooling leather seats. It has plenty of space and great highway gas mileage. Plenty of outlets for charging cords for the family. The Buick brand offers those are the pluses. The negatives are buying premium gas. Gas prices are constantly fluctuating. Premium gas is recommended. In my experience, if you use anything else but premium, your emission light will come on and you will have to take it to the dealership. Also, when you need parts, even small ones, you canÕt get them from the local auto parts store. You ... (more)
Story
I took the kids to a pool party and due to its size. We fit like five kids in the back seat. The kids were like my leg is sleep. I'm like hold on we're almost there.
Pros
Comfortable seats, plenty of space, and great highway gas mileage.
Cons
Purchasing premium gas all the time. It has a lot of factory parts that you can only get from the dealership.

I purchased this vehicle in 2015, so it was about four years old at the time when I bought it. I test drove it once and fell in love, but the price was out of my budget. I continued to shop for vehicles and went back to the dealer where I first saw this car. To my surprise, the Buick Lacrosse CXL was still available. I drove it again, and had my fiancé drive it too. I had them run the numbers and it ended up it was more in my budget than I thought so I decided to buy the car. What I like most about it is how luxurious it feels to drive it. It's not a compact car, but it's not a boat either. It's a luxury vehicle and certainly feels like it to me. The car handles well, although I've had some issues with it "pulling." The dealer looked into it and did multiple alignment checks when I fir... (more)
Story
I have to drive approximately 45 miles to work each way and I enjoy driving this car with the sunroof down and the sun shining in on me. It's got a great air conditioning system too so I can have the sunroof down on a hot day but still have the cool air on.
Pros
I like the way it makes me feel. I like that it's a luxury vehicle without a huge price tag. My favorite features are the leather interior and the sunroof.
Cons
The cons are the fact that it pulls while driving and I had the dealer check it. I'm confident that the car is okay now, but it was troublesome to discover at first.
