I would purchase again. It was very reliable and great for highway driving.
I loved this car because it's great for traveling, family trips and very reliable. The brand has great customer service and a warranties. It is actually a full-size car that can seat five people comfortably. It has the luxury feel without the luxury cost. Comfortable heated and cooling leather seats. It has plenty of space and great highway gas mileage. Plenty of outlets for charging cords for the family. The Buick brand offers those are the pluses. The negatives are buying premium gas. Gas prices are constantly fluctuating. Premium gas is recommended. In my experience, if you use anything else but premium, your emission light will come on and you will have to take it to the dealership. Also, when you need parts, even small ones, you canÕt get them from the local auto parts store. You have to go to the dealership and order them. This can take anywhere from one day to a week. Or you may have to go to an auto part yard and get it quicker. If you have computer issues, it often shuts down certain functions on your car. For instance, I received an error and I couldnÕt get my sunroof to open until I took to the dealership to run a diagnostic great customer service from the time you buy the car in and out of warranty.

2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL.
I purchased this vehicle in 2015, so it was about four years old at the time when I bought it. I test drove it once and fell in love, but the price was out of my budget. I continued to shop for vehicles and went back to the dealer where I first saw this car. To my surprise, the Buick Lacrosse CXL was still available. I drove it again, and had my fiancé drive it too. I had them run the numbers and it ended up it was more in my budget than I thought so I decided to buy the car. What I like most about it is how luxurious it feels to drive it. It's not a compact car, but it's not a boat either. It's a luxury vehicle and certainly feels like it to me. The car handles well, although I've had some issues with it "pulling." The dealer looked into it and did multiple alignment checks when I first bought it. I like the car, but would like to trade it in before I hit 100,000 miles which I'm less than 10,000 miles from.
