Used Chevrolet Cavalier for Sale in Philadelphia, PA

Despite the stigma and cheap build quality, the Cavalier Z24 has been one of the best cars I've ever owned or known, coming from someone with a mechanic/car hobbyist family that has been surrounded by many cars for my entire life. It's not perfect - the plastic is cheap, most of the car is straight out of the 90s, it's prone to horrific rust, and it's rough around the edges...but it's just right in the places that matter. The car is light on its feet and can throw you back in the seat at only 3k RPMs. It handles beautifully, even when stock. It does NOT break, and if it does, it's extremely minor.

I've owned GM Cars my whole life. I've owned a Honda, too. The Cavalier is by far my favorite of all. The 2.4L Engine is sporty and fun, punchy on the throttle and doesn't drink much gas. Exterior styling is great. Mild and refined while still sporty...just buy one with a spoiler package. Interior is a little dated, but it at least has a nice padded dash. It has power everything and controls are well laid out and easy to use. My only gripe is that the power window switch is in the center console. Seats are supportive and comfortable on long journeys, and the traction assist and anti-lock brakes are very reassuring in the winter, although cornering is a little bit mushy at high speeds. All in all, this is a fantastic A to B car that drives very well and gets great mileage. I have yet to have a problem with this car. It is now seven years old.
