2014 Chrysler 200 Owner Ratings & Reviews

2014 Chrysler 200 - Do not buy the Chrysler 200.
Honestly, after having this car, I would absolutely never buy another car from this manufacturer. Chrysler no longer makes decent cars, if they ever did. I have had more issues with this car than any other, including my first car which was a 1996 (got it in 2010). I've spent more money fixing this car than all of my other cars combined. Things that shouldn't go wrong with a car that is new have gone wrong with this car. It has broken down twice, I've had oil leak out of it, coolant leak out of it, my starter went bad, my seat sensor was broken. I took the car to the dealer 3 times before they discovered the leak in the oil line. I got 3 oil changes is 3 months. Everyone that I have met that has a 200 also hated it.
Story
I have come to the conclusion that this vehicle is completely cursed. I have gotten into more accidents in such a short amount of time with this car. I had 3 fender benders in one week, one at the gas station near work, one near another gas station on my way home from work, and one on my street.
Pros
The ride is relatively smooth. The interior is nice. I like the remote start feature and the heated seats. The car is big and roomy.
Cons
I pretty much hate everything else about the car. Sometimes I don't feel like I have total control of the car. I don't think it was made up to a good standard. Sometimes I do have problems with acceleration. The visibility is a little strange and limited in places/situations because of the shape of the car. I've had so many things need fixed and replace, honestly I would rather burn the car than get another one. I also hate the cruise control. It's very difficult to use and feels dangerous.
2014 Chrysler 200 - Love it
I absolutely love my car. The color is perfect. The interior is tough and great. I have two dogs that go with me everywhere, and it has stood through the two of them traveling with me. They are 100-pound dogs who love to stick their head out of the window. In my old car, there were claw marks in the cloths and the window seals. In this car, you can only tell I have pets because of the dog hair. It has also came in handy during the holidays. It's great to go watch the fireworks and never have to get out of my car, just pull the top back and relax. Also, getting this car was a drawn out process for me. I knew I wanted a convertible since I was like 12 years old. I researched and looked near and far for the perfect one. It took me three years until I found it. Best choice I ever made.
Story
Last week, my boyfriend and I went to the beach for vacation. I was able to put the top down and drive up and down the strip. The weather was perfect. It smelt like the ocean, and we had a great view of parasailers and blimps.
Pros
Best gas mileage ever. My insurance only went up ten bucks. It is easy to clean, light, and front-wheel drive, so I have no issues in the snow. It has good stock tires, and everything works. Air is great. It's simple to go from sedan to convertible. I even got a really great warranty that came with the car.
Cons
The only thing I have had an issue with is I get a small leak right beside my head when it rains. So when I go to work in the rain, I have a wet spot on my butt where I sat in it, or I have a wet spot on the top of my pants where the water has dripped on the way there.
