The best car I've owned
At the time of the purchase, I was looking at a used Chrysler Concorde. I liked the look and saw great reviews about it. Upon going to the dealership, I saw the Sebring that caught my eye immediately, and by comparison with the Concorde, it was a little cheaper and with way less miles (9,000). From the moment I got into the car, I knew that this is it, and it would be my car for many years to come. I test drive it, and I loved the way everything worked. After buying it I was glued to this car until this year. It had a great look, nice trim, and modern design (for the time 2001), and the engine was great. Not one of the most powerful ones but great on gas consumption and power delivered. I drove this car to 250,000 miles with no major repairs. The engine and transmission were a perfect match to one another. Every time I flushed the transmission fluid (three times), the mechanic asked me why. I do so it is clean like it was initially. The only problems I had were on the suspensions side, plus the front bearings. About half a year before changing it with the current car, the button for the left back window stopped working. These were the biggest problems I've had with this car. I financed the car, and the payments were affordable knowing that at the time I didn't have a good-paying job.

A great short commuter
I have mostly enjoyed having my vehicle. I purchased it right at the end of the cash for clunkers program in cash right at the end of my first semester of college. The primary reason I went for it was that the vehicle was in good condition and didn't break the bank. It has been great for my college years commuting 40 miles round trip with an additional 80 miles round trip to work at times throughout its life. The steering is very responsive and the engine while not being a v8, or hemi will give you the power you would want or need for every day driving with its v6 DOHC engine. While the vehicle does suffer from some issues like any other, for the most part, it has been a very reliable commuter with the capability for some performance on rare occasion when needed.
