At the time of the purchase, I was looking at a used Chrysler Concorde. I liked the look and saw great reviews about it. Upon going to the dealership, I saw the Sebring that caught my eye immediately, and by comparison with the Concorde, it was a little cheaper and with way less miles (9,000). From the moment I got into the car, I knew that this is it, and it would be my car for many years to come. I test drive it, and I loved the way everything worked. After buying it I was glued to this car until this year. It had a great look, nice trim, and modern design (for the time 2001), and the engine was great. Not one of the most powerful ones but great on gas consumption and power delivered. I drove this car to 250,000 miles with no major repairs. The engine and transmission were a perfect ... (more)
Story
I had a party, and I needed a lot of balloons inflated (with HE). I didn't expect that I can get 25 inflated balloons inside the car and to be able to drive it home.
Pros
Gas mileage, engine, transmission, comfort, power locks, power doors, color, and stability.
Cons
Suspension system and exhaust system.

All of my life I'd really wanted a convertible and I was so excited to finally have one when I purchased my Sebring. It has sleek tan leather seats (no heating though), a good sound system, and seems to be a decently sturdy car for a girl like me. The brakes handle like a dream, a huge step up from my old Dodge Neon. The steering is smooth and painless. It's automatic so it's very easy to drive. In the summer, I really love pulling the top down and cruising to the beach with my sister and son in tow. We have many good memories in the car, even if I do have to vacuum it afterwards because of all the sand. I've driven thousands of miles, to all sorts of places in the car and have never had any major issues. I think it's good for a female or a younger driver, someone who isn't ready f... (more)
Story
Going out with my sister is always a blast in my Sebring. We love getting ice cream and blasting the music loud in the summertime then heading to the beach. It's really fun and I think this car is made to have fun in!
Pros
It is a convertible, biggest pro for me. It's really easy to drive and park. I've never had any major issues with the engine/transmission. The most I've had to deal with was basic oil changes, changing normal parts like the wipers, and restocking the fluids.
Cons
The main problem that I have with it is that it's bad in the snow. I live up in the Northeast, so when there's tons of snow on the ground, it's easy for the car to start drifting. Usually I use my husband's car in the winter for this exact reason. Also, it isn't as efficient with gas as I'd like it to be.
