They offered a very good price for my trade, as well as the best price for the kind of car I wanted. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had because they were not pushy or rude. I have been to their service center several times as well and have had no issues. Always a good experience.

The salesman was patient and answered all of my questions without rushing me or looking like he had better things to do. I liked going out for the test drive because he was explaining some of the features about the car that I didn't know about like mileage and what the previous owner did to maintain the car.

Be kind! Use blinkers and pay attention to road signs. As lanes are ending do not be the jerk who speeds to get two cars closer to the front of the line. Take time to look around you, pay attention to the scenery. There's no reason to be in such a hurry. Life is so much more important than being lat ... (more)

AWD or 4X4 will be the way to go. There are hills and we have snow. It will make the drive much easier if you have something that can handle those types of conditions. I do not have this, and I regret it! There are a lot of dealerships in town, motor city on the south end, auto mall loop on the nort ... (more)
Favorite Driving Memory
The best moment of driving in this city happened early in the morning. There were not very many cars on the road, so there weren't many people to irritate one another. The sun was rising over the mountains making for a wonderful view. This time is always preferable for me because I can avoid the dri ... (more)
Favorite Road
Highway 83 between Parker and Colorado Springs - The road is not crowded. It has a lot of land surrounding it, not a bunch of buildings. It is a 2-lane highway, so there is difficulty passing when needed, but I never feel like I am in hurry on that road. I like to look at the homes along the way, homes with land and animals. I imagine which of the ... (more)

I would recommend that you travel using Constitution, Powers, and Platte Avenue when possible, as the roads are straight, easy to navigate, and recently repaved in many areas. Academy is a road that offers many stores and restaurants but can be very busy. It's best to avoid Academy during peak drivi ... (more)
Colorado Springs, CO Buying Tips
There is a large number of car dealers in Colorado Springs. You have a variety of dealers that sell used or new cars for people with varied budgets. I usually have a very limited budget. So, my favorite way to shop for cars is using Craig's list or classified adds in The Colorado Gazette. As long as ... (more)

I love the view of Pike's Peak when there is still snow on the beautiful mountain. One of my favorite driving experiences happened on a crisp day. The sun was shining. The sky was a fascinating cloudless blue. I was driving toward the Peak and could see the city below me and the Peak above capped wi ... (more)

Constitution Avenue - Constitution Avenue starts on the East side of the Springs and travels almost to the very end of the West side of the Springs. The road gives you opportunities for amazing views in many different places. My favorite stretch of the road is where it begins on the East side, heading West. You get amazi ... (more)

Car insurance! We get a lot of Texans up here, and having car insurance for when they ram into you, is an absolute must. Sure, you've got the weather, where it'll be sunny one minute, and in the same minute, hail, sleeting, rain, snow, and fog might roll in, but, really, it's the other drivers you'v ... (more)
Colorado Springs, CO Buying Tips
There's a whole sort of car mall down on Nevada, where you've got all the usual Japanese imports and a couple American dealerships. It's a bit out of the city, but not as far as the airport. However, it really is best to just order online, to avoid the pressure and haggling. One thing you shouldn't ... (more)
Favorite Driving Memory
My favorite memory is more of a horror story. About 10 years ago, driving to the Wildland Fire Academy in Sterling, I got completely lost in Colorado Springs. I was trying to find Hwy 24, but ended up taking Academy Blvd to the Airforce base. It was snowing like crazy, the roads were a mess, and I f ... (more)

Judge Orr - Rampart Range! It's this high mountain road that goes around the mountain. There are sheer drop offs in a lot of places, and it's great for getting the heart beating. Also, there are some incredible views from up there.
