Honda CR-V makes everyone happy
I have really enjoyed my 2013 Honda CRV. This is my second Honda, the first one being an Accord that I drove for almost 200,000 miles. I like how roomy the car is without making you feel you're miles away from other passengers. The interior is good quality and stands up to crumbs and spills, thanks to a fabric treatment put on by the dealer. I've driven in town, on interstates, and out of state trips, and it's a smooth ride that has given me very few real problems.

Nice Smaller SUV
We have really loved driving our Honda CRV. It is an all wheel drive which makes a real difference in the snowy terrain of the Sierra. We like that we do not have to engage anything for the AWD to work. We also got the higher sided floor mats so that the stuff from our wet snow boots does not melt all over the carpeting. There is sufficient space in the back with the middle seats down for us to fit an extra large dog crate with a Great Pyrenees dog inside. There is enough headroom and space in the cargo area for the 122 lb dog to fit. The front seats are comfortable and are manually adjustable. The back seats are not comfortable for a long road trip. They do not recline and are a bit stiff. By having a split seat configuration in the back, we can put one side down and fit in the skis while still having room for the third person. We have been able to directly connect our phone to the entertainment system so we are not limited to radio. Sometimes, in the backcountry, the radio does not have reception so we can listen to our tunes off our phone. We have yet to figure out how to answer a call on our phone through the entertainment system. The backup camera is great to have. You can see behind you before you back up. One of our biggest regrets is that there is no sun shade or cover for the back cargo area. All of your stuff is exposed. The vehicle did not come with roof racks which is not a problem for us.

Best SUV ever.
The 2013 Honda CRV is the best sport utility vehicle I have owned. The vehicle was one year old when I bought it with eight thousand miles on the odometer, and after an additional seventy miles it still drives like it is brand new! With the exception of regular maintenance the car has never had any problems that required going back to the shop. The only things that were replaced over the years have been one set of front brakes, one set of tires, and a new battery. Other cars I've owned in the past have needed bearings, engine mounts, oxygen sensors, and a few other things before the car even hit fifty thousand miles. But not this CRV. You really get great Honda build quality and reliability for your money. The size of the car is just about perfect. It is step in height, so no climbing up for those of us that are shorter in stature. The length of the CRV is one hundred and seventy eight inches (that is shorter than some Civics and the Toyota Corolla), which makes it perfect for parking and making turns! But despite the dimensions, you get a exceptionally roomy and functional interior. Interior layout and seat comfort was one of main reasons I chose the CRV. It fits every member of your family (pets included!) and still gives you great cargo space. If you are looking for the perfect sub, look no further than the Honda CRV!
