I have driven the car for over 24,900 miles and find it very comfortable and economical. The gas mileage is excellent. The car's interior has held up well. I would recommend the car to anyone who does not have a large family or doesn't require a great deal of room. I am a 72 year old single, but have traveled comfortably with as many as three to four other people without a problem. The storage space for four people would be very tight, however, if only two or three people, the rear seats can be lowered to provide more storage. The car comes equipped with a CD player, stereo radio, and iPod connection. I find the iPod connection very useful because I can study language or listen to an audio book while traveling, instead of attempting to adjust the radio for each lost of signal. I love the car, I have travelled in excess of 100 miles on just one tank of gas. You can get even better mileage if you do not drive it as an automatic, which I do. It is designed to be driven either as a stick shift or automatic. It's the only car I know of with such a design feature. I don't know a great deal about cars but have found it very low maintenance. The compact size of the car makes it easy to locate parking spaces. I would definitely purchase this car again and recommend it to others. The cost was reasonable and I feel it will maintain its value.

Well worth the price
This car is one of the greatest cars I have owned. I like the fact that it gets 40 miles per gallon and is extremely reliable. I drive about 100 miles a day with this car, and I could not ask for a more reliable and efficient vehicle. I have had this car for over 8 years, and after 250,000 miles, I have not had any major mechanical breakdowns. In fact, the only problem I have had with this vehicle is with the locking mechanism in the door locks. The fix requires a Honda Certified Mechanic, but this simple fix far outweighs the cost of typical mechanical breakdowns that I just have not had with this automobile.

Honda Fit -- Designed for a perfect fit...
The Honda Fit is a balanced economy car that will work for most people. The purchase price is easily reachable for most people, and the total cost of ownership is low. Reliability is extremely solid, a Honda trademark. The handling and power of the car is sporty. Not too much but quick and nimble. The car feels solid when taking corners at speed, and the braking is tight. Inside the car is roomy, plenty of leg room in the front and back. There are fold-down seats in the back coupled with a rear hatch allowing a driver to store much bigger loads than would be expected of a car its size. The looks of the car match the handling -- compact and sporty. Visibility from the driver's position is very good with tall windows all around. Gas mileage is quite good but not quite the level of a Civic and definitely not a hybrid. Maintenance has been simple, nothing outside of routine maintenance. The only drawbacks I have experienced are seat comfort and lack of usable cup holders. Besides that, the Fit has been great. I would buy one again without hesitation.
The 2019 Honda Fit is a subcompact car which competes against the Toyota Yaris, Chevrolet spark, Chevrolet Sonic, Kia Rio, Kia Soul, Hyundai Accent, and Mini Cooper.
