Pretty good car
I bought this car used but it is still a very sound vehicle. Motor is still strong and starts right up even after 150,000 miles. Transaxle is still working perfectly with no problems, shifting like it was new. The only issue I have with it is that the top of the dash board has curled from the heat of the sun.

A sturdy car that has lasted me from art school to a career in the city
I bought this car used from a dealer in Cullman, Al. My car is a read 2004 Grand Am Sport model that I saved and bought for myself when I graduated art school in 2008. Seven years and 120,000 miles later, she runs almost as good as the day I bought her. Grand Ams were Pontiac's line of midsize sedans; smaller than a Grand Prix, but larger than the Solstice, this car features the same sporty look and feel of the rest of Pontiac's car line. The rounded features on the body of the car give it a sleek appearance, accented by chrome trim and wheels. The interior of the car is nice as well, featuring two-tone upholstery that brings to mind the racing heritage of the Grand Prix. Continuing the racing feel, the dashboard features large gauges that feel as though you're in a cockpit. As with all GM cars, the Grand Am has a solid build quality. It sits low to the ground, but I've never felt scared to drive it through snow, rain, and the occasional flash flood. In all the years I've owned it, I've only recently experienced any problems with it, mostly associated with age - the thermostat wears out; hoses dry up and tear. Overall, this Grand Am has performed well through the ages, with nice gas mileage to boot - I get around 23 MPG driving on highway and city traffic on my daily commute.

A solid car but weak staying power
I like the fuel economy more or less. It's not aged well though. There are so many things wrong with it, I don't know if it's worth anything at all these days.
