Used 2001 GMC Jimmy for Sale

I was very happy with the Jimmy. The thing I liked most about it probably was the space because I moved quite frequently during the period when I drove it and I also worked in youth ministry so I needed open seats to drive kids around. The interior of the car was comfortable. One of my favorite things about it was the seat adjuster because I took a lot of long trips and it helped to make the long hours of sitting more bearable. The one thing I would have preferred was for it to have been manual rather than automatic because I like the control you have driving a manual. Accelerating, braking and handling all feel completely different in a manual transmission. I can't say that it was particularly fun to drive for this reason. But for an automatic car, it was pretty standard in all these areas so I was as pleased as I could have been with it. The gas mileage was not amazing, but then I expected that when I bought it and it wasn’t high up on my needs list at the time. I didn’t have any repair problems on it until I got into a wreck but after the wreck, small things kept happening with various parts.

Overall, I like my Jimmy. It has been reliable and has not given me many problems. I have not quite 200,000 miles on it, and it only needs some minor things worked on it. The door pins on the driver's side have become loose, and it is now difficult to get the door to close all the way, but that is my only mechanical complaint. I have not had any problems with any electronics in the car. I have accidentally left my windows down during a rain storm, and all of my door electronics still work.
