Best truck I've ever owned.
This was my first move into a diesel truck. I will never again own a gas pickup after having this. The power that this provides when towing or just driving is amazing. I can beat most other vehicles, including fast cars, off the line. It's an automatic, and I can squeal the tires from a stop if I try. The vehicle currently has almost 190,000 miles on it and still runs very strong. We've done maybe $3,000 worth of work on it in the past seven years or so, but it's been very reliable. Preventative work is a must to save you big bucks.

Most dependable and durable truck I have ever owned
I purchased this truck used, and it had a lot of miles on it already. I have had very little mechanical issue with the truck, and it has nearly 300,000 miles on it. It is sturdy and durable, even in extreme conditions. I have used it mostly for work, including hauling and towing extreme payloads. Even though it is a work truck, it has heated leather power seats and a very comfortable interior. It has a top end sound system with OEM speakers and it sounds amazing. Replacement parts are somewhat expensive, but that is due to the nature of a Super Duty truck that is dependable beyond what a normal person would expect from a normal truck. On the downside, it is nearly 20 feet long and sometimes difficult to park. It comes in at almost 8000 pounds, and the fuel economy suffers for it, getting between 12 and 13 mpg. But at least for me, it is not meant to be driven daily, just when I need to do heavy work and in that situation it is ideal even with the poor fuel economy. It seats four adults comfortably, but the rear seat folds up for hauling items inside the cab if needed. Being a huge work truck, doing some of the maintenance items yourself can be a bit daunting and should only be undertaken by those with a high level of mechanical ability and, to some degree, brute strength.
