The Yukon Denali is a great family vehicle. It is spacious, comfortable and has a huge cargo area. I like the rich feel to the interior. The seats are leather and heated for each passenger. The two front seats have electric controls to move the chair in just the right position for you. The faux wood trim in the cockpit just gives the vehicle the feel of luxury, even though you are in an SUV. It has great power. I had a small Honda that I thought had pretty good "get up and go". The Yukon's 8 cylinder engine just blew me away. However, the power comes with a price. The gas mileage is only 15/gal on average. I like the rearview camera. The power train has been quite reliable. Unfortunately, the air suspension not so much. It requires a compressor for the air ride and we hav... (more)
Story
Our family took this vehicle down to Lake Cumberland. We towed our boat with it and it performed great. We stayed in a cabin and then drove the SUV with the boat a few miles back and forth to the boat-ramp. We had all our stuff inside the SUV with nothing on the roof. It was a great trip.
Pros
The top positive things are its power, styling and cargo space. We have four kids and even a weekend get-away requires a lot of stuff. It is nice to have us and our things inside the vehicle without the need for a roof carrier. My favorite feature of the vehicle is the faux wood trim. It just seems classy.
Cons
The top negative things about this vehicle are the suspension system, poor gas mileage and limited view in the rear view camera.

I love this car! It is a GMC Yukon XL Denali model so it is large enough for my family. We are constantly on the go and even though it is a large SUV, it gets decent gas mileage. I love all of the extras on the car. One of the only things I do not like about the car is that it does not have a multi-disc changer and you can only have one cd/dvd in at a time.
Story
We have not had it very long so I do not have any yet.
Pros
Pros: Heated and cooled seats. Navigation. Bucket seats (so my kids can have their own area). DVD player for the 2nd row and one for the 3rd row. Large cargo space, even when the 3rd row seats are in use. Smooth ride. Controls for the A/C and heat in the front and in the back for passengers.
Cons
Cons: Does not have a multi-disc changer. With a Denali top of the line model, I would think this would be an upgrade to just the standard 1 cd/dvd player. DVD's have to be loaded from the front, so if there is a dvd being watched, then a cd cannot be played. Would prefer for the DVD to be loaded in the rear seats. Also it is a hassle (small and insignificant probably) to have to load and unload a cd every time to change it. Would prefer to have multiple in there already. In this model, the 3rd row folds up and does not fold flat. Folding the 3rd row up gives more cargo room in the back... (more)
