I purchased my Yukon Denali as a used vehicle to replace my older Denali. I love my car. It is the most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned. The heated seats are amazing. Lumbar support makes it the gold standard for comfort on long trips. A plus is that the front passenger seat has the same features as the driver seat: adjustable power controls, heat, and lumbar support. The rear seat has plenty of leg and head room and is wide enough to double as a bed for sleepy passengers on long trips. The rear bench seat is heated, too! It's such a trivial thing, but the arm rest on the front seats makes such a difference in comfort. There is plenty of cargo room, more so with the rear seat folded down. I've had no problem loading up the car with lumber and sheetrock and have even slept ... (more)
Story
The snow plow created a 4' berm in front of driveways up and down our street. The Yukon had no problem plowing through to the street, and I was able to do the same for our neighbors so they could get out.
Pros
Comfort, comfort, comfort! My car is now 13 years old and is getting a little tired, but I can't find another vehicle (under $60,000) that is as reliable and comfortable as my Yukon.
Cons
As much as I love my car, I do wish it got better mileage. It averages 18 mpg driving at 70mph which isn't horrible, but I sure do envy those CUV drivers who pull in 30mpg freeway driving. My car is a dark, dark grey, and the paint has developed whitish areas. This is evidently an issue with GMC models around the same year.

My 2005 Yukon Denali is a wonderful vehicle.
Story
Not yet, but there's always hope.
Pros
It's fairly large, and roomy. There is lots of cargo space, so you can keep your kids' stroller in it, along with some picnic gear, and some emergency tools and stuff, and still have loads of room for the grocery shopping, and whatever else your spouse needs to pick up. The Denali has All Wheel Drive (AWD), which is great if you live in places where it either rains a lot, snows, gets icy patches on the road, or rains infrequently and the occasional rain ends up interacting with the road oil. For a large vehicle, the highway fuel economy is decent, if you keep your speed at 65 or less. 55 G... (more)
Cons
My primary complaint on the interior is that the 2nd row seats are not adjustable in any way, other than that they flop down for additional storage. Seat a body in them, and it's worse than a coach seat on an airplane. I guess that's the price you pay for being able to flop the seats for more storage... But c'mon, engineers! Think up a way to make these seats adjustable!
