I chose the Hyundai Elantra because I had read it was a reliable car. My boyfriend actually drives an older model of the brand. I chose my specific car because I was just drawn to its look. It is silver and very sleek. The interior of the car is very comfortable. I love the radio and A/C unit. The A/C unit is very powerful. I donÕt have any problems driving it. I am a careful driver, so I have never tested its speed. The only things I dislike have nothing to do with the car itself. My insurance payment is very high because I am 23 and single, and because the car is financed, I need to obtain full coverage. The car is great. It is even reliable for road trips. I have driven it 500 miles+ from El Paso to Houston. It is also a very fuel efficient car.
Story
My most memorable story is buying the car and taking it home. I loved finally having a car. It was a milestone in my life. I also love driving the car across Texas.
Pros
My favorite thing about the car are its looks. It is very modern and sleek looking. I also love the paint. It is very shiny. I love the radio and A/C unit. The A/C really cools the car, which is especially important living in Houston. It is very fuel efficient as well.
Cons
Buying a fairly new car, insurance payments will be high. I pay a lot because I am a young driver, and because I am financing a car. Another thing I dislike is that my car used to a rental car, so it was driven a lot of miles before I obtained it.

This car is great if you want to save money on gas. I get, on average 35mpg and sometimes more on long trips. It has a nice touch screen with XM radio and Bluetooth capabilities, and you can fit two car seats in the back and still have room for an adult in the middle if you needed to. However, the car definitely takes more time "to up and go" when you're trying to cross over intersections or merge into traffic, so if it's speed you're looking for, this car is not for you. However, it has a very nice interior, is safe, and has great gas mileage.
Story
I camped in the car, with the moon roof open.
Pros
The car has great gas mileage, between 30 and 40 mpg. It has Bluetooth and XM radio capabilities, has a touch screen, and the steering wheel features calling buttons and radio changing buttons. The interior looks very nice, like the car is more expensive than it really is. The back seat is very big, and even the tallest of people will fit. The trunk is large as well, and the seats fold down to accommodate a folding table or a large flat screen TV for moving purposes.
Cons
The car is not made for speed. It takes longer to reach the speed limit than other vehicles. It's very low to the ground, so pot holes and speed bumps can be an issue. The end call button is right next to the outer part of the steering wheel, causing you to end calls when you're driving. In traffic, the stop and start flow can result in 25 mpg or less.

Salesperson was very thorough and knowledgeable. I came here after visiting the HUB dealership on I-10, where the guy couldn't answer basic questions about the car's features. The salesperson at Hub Hyundai Mitsubishi was much friendlier, very patient, let me test drive several vehicles, and was easy to talk to without being pushy. I feel like he listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that fit my needs, instead of trying to sell more. I ended up adding a lot of options that have really added to my enjoyment of the car.
